Jamaica Sunset Eatings — Restaurant in Stonecrest

I am deeply concerned and disappointed by my recent visit to this restaurant. Both my mother and I were served undercooked, red chicken, clearly raw in the center. When we brought this to the staff’s attention, instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, we were told that they “overcook” their chicken and that it was impossible for it to be raw. That response was not only dismissive but completely unacceptable.

Serving undercooked chicken is a serious health risk, and the lack of accountability made the situation even worse. We left feeling upset, unsafe, and unheard. Customer Service is HORRIBLE. I ordered a jerk chicken plate & he gave me jerk wings. Wanted to argue about what he heard me say over the phone when I know what I asked for. I went to open the plate & you would’ve thought this was baked chicken. I went back inside to ask for a refund and he denied it and wanted to argue with me that this was JERK chicken covered with oxtail gravy. Gaslighting a customer and then not wanting to make things right is very unprofessional.
