I purchased a vape from here. Yes I tested it out before leaving and it worked. The very next day it went out. I returned to the store with my receipt and was told that I could not return nor exchange and that I was supposed to test it before I walked out. Iv e brought my father to Vapes R US several times and purchased several products. We know that the vapes don't last and will eventually go out. Not a problem. However what should not happen is a defective product not be exchanged or refund. That's bad business. Positives: Very pleasant staff, great flavor selection. They were clearing inventory for new stuff and I gotta sweet "Buy 2, Get 2 Free" deal.

Negatives: No coil selections and no major new mods. That's the only things I marked a star off for.
