Let’s start by saying this is my first time eating there. When I walked in the door, there was a podium where the host usually stands, but there were employees in the back milling around. I stood there for a few seconds, but no one ever greeted me. They just started whispering to each other, but no one came upfront. I should’ve turned around then. There was not a lot of people in. There may be about eight total and it was 3 o’clock in the afternoon. When I finally did ask someone where do I place my order, one of the whisperers pointed to the bar. At the bar the gentleman was speaking to one of the patrons, so I patiently waited. He handed me a menu and turns around to continue speaking to the patrons. Placed the menu down because I have decided just to get a few tacos. I figure you can’t make a bad taco in a Mexican restaurant, right? Wrong! I asked him about the steak taco, and if it was suave. He said no it was not. I asked him if I could have cheese on mine and he said we only use white cheese because Mexicans don’t eat cheese on their tacos. Now I really feel bad. I didn’t leave right then . I opted for one chicken and one shrimp taco. the good thing is the shrimp was not chewy. The bad thing is the chicken was chewy. Neither taco meat had any flavor at all. The best thing about the whole meal was the pico de gallo and the chips. It was horrible I would never go there again or recommend it. $10 for two tacos that Taco Bell could’ve did better at making. I have been patronizing this Business for about 30yrs and I enjoyed coming to this business until tonight 8-19-2023 I stopped buy to place a to go order for 10 wings only. My server was Emma she took my order. My order amount was $12.96 so I signed my ticket to authorized $12.96 to be charged to my bank so I checked my bank statement 5mins later to make sure they change me correctly. Emma swipe my card twice with a extra charge of $15.12 more. So I approach the bartender and I showed him where Emma charged my card twice without my authorization that is stealing. They said that my card wasn't swiped twice the bartender said they didn't do it my bank did it now that is the craziest thing I have ever heard because they had my card in there hand the bank didn't have my card. The bartender didn't accommodate me at all. If I could rate this place a 0 I would when it comes 2 treating loyal customers this way. If you all eat here pay close attention to your ticket especially if Emma is your server she has sticky fingers when she swipe your card. And I bet most of there customers probably have not caught your cards being over charged. This is very tacky and unprofessional and dishonest. I will never patronize this business ever again I am done. I will be reporting Emma to the Owner of this business because people like her will make his business go under and the doors with be closed down because this is...

I gave this place two chances and I will NOT be back. The first time our waitress was extremely rude , she wasn’t attentive ( we had to go get her for everything), and they had to remake our food (with an attitude) because the cheese was water. This time around I order the same exact thing just plain grilled chicken and cheese nachos. I see on our bill that I was charged for fajita nachos. I try to rectify the bill and they are stating that because I got grilled chicken instead of shredded it would be an $8 upcharge ( not any where on the menu) . When I asked for the manager the server automatically got an attitude. I explained that the waitress never said that grilled chicken wasn’t an option nor does the menu state shredded chicken . I had gotten it last time no issue. The menu doesn’t clarify either it just said chicken . He says “the prices are on the menu” but if I got plain chicken and cheese why would I be charged for peppers, onions , and more ? I would have said fajita nachos if I wanted them. The server should have been more attentive ( if she would have explained I would f just got shredded no issue) , even more so because you’re ADDING a 18% tip automatically.
