Jazzy Juice Cafe — Restaurant in Stonecrest

My first time in the restaurant was confusing. There is no direction to where you are supposed to order, I just hopped in line after a few other customers. I wanted a turkey burger but they were out of that so I went with a lamb burger. It was suggested by the young man taking orders. I got the Mango Tango smoothie added as a part of the sandwich combo. Everything was great until I sat down to wait and realized it had been over 30 minutes since I ordered. I received my food after 40 minutes. I didn’t ask the wait time, but I feel as though they should tell you in advance especially during lunch. That’s a long wait for just a sandwich, smoothies and pretzels. Skip forward to my next visit, I called the store to pre order ahead so that I wouldn’t experience the long wait, an older gentleman answered the phone and stated he was busy and could I text him my order to the phone number I was calling. I texted the order to his phone but when I arrived to the store no order was found for me and neither was the man who took the order. I said ok, alright can I just order now? As I was placing my order they informed me that they didn’t have fruit juice for the smoothies and multiple fruits were out. The brown skin young man with tattoos told me he could tell me what fruit they had in the store and that I could make my own smoothie, as if that would have tasted good. So I’m spending $10 and some change on a sandwich and a homemade smoothie recipe I’m supposed to make myself. This review pertains only to today. I live in this community and I typically love to come to jazzy juice. I love to do reviews and tell people about how great service is in my community, but if I don’t hold my community accountable when they constantly make mistakes, then I’m just lying to my community about my community Typically when I come to jazzy juice, the experience is really good. My food is made properly and a good time in manner between 15 to 20 minutes because quality takes time but as time goes on, you can tell which workers are the workers you want working on your food Typically when I come there’s a guy with curly hair who takes my order. He does a very good job of the smoothies they always taste the same sweet healthy hearty, and then the guy with the locks typically makes my food a pun coming as of recently I’ve noticed has been some different workers there And this instant it was a very bad experience my turkey burger taste like lamb, which I am not a fan of my smoothie was very chunky very icy, and I had to throw away my straw and just drink it from the lip of the cup because of how junkie it was of course I’m gonna continue to come to jazzy juice because I love how well they work when they work well I love the environment and the service is typically top-notch. It’s just this experience on today. Definitely rubbed me the wrong way. I think I’ll take a break from jazzy juice for a while Until I see the workers that provide...

Today was my first time trying Jazzy Juice. I arrived at 11:05 and they were not open although the site said 11 am. I called to see if they would be closed today and was told the lady was at the grocery store and would be back in 15 to 20 min. I came back ordered at smoothie and it was AMAZING!! 2 hrs later I come back for a turkey burger and was told NO TURKEY and the “lady” was at the store AGAIN. I ordered the salmon burger and it was AMAZING. I decide I want to try the turkey burger this same day before work. I called the order in but was told to text it instead. So I did. Get there 5 min later. Me an my husband request a salmon burger, turkey burger, pineapple lemonade and smoothie. After 15 min no food or drinks. The staff acted like they had no idea what to make next or in what order. The food comes but still no drinks. I ask the “lady” where they were and she had not made them. We wait another 7 or so min and she still had not made them. Instead she had made the smoothie for the person AFTER us. I explained I needed to go to work and could not understand how the drinks weren’t ready before the food. She said it’s a restaurant and needed to wait.
