The Mystic Big Y has been my local grocery store since I moved to the area a year ago from West Hartford. I really love the Mystic Big Y (note: I have a separate and equally glowing review for the pharmacy at this location). I explained that no one else had wanted the room so I kept recycling my bottles, but even after calling the mgr, he wouldn't cash all my tickets. I'm supposed to make another trip here just to cash in the other ones I have?? I guess I'll go to the Stop and Shop and spend my money there from now on. So ridiculous and...
