Carla and the whole team at Simply Majestic were recommended to me by a good friend when I started the process of shopping for an engagement ring. I had no idea where to start and began by reaching out to ask questions. Carla was quick to respond, helpful with questions and set up a time to meet that worked with my schedule. During the process of designing the ring she made me feel so comfortable it was like talking with an old friend. I never felt rushed, pressured, or upsold throughout the whole process. In the end we put together the perfect engagement ring and Carla gave helpful advice throughout the whole process.

Carla was so caring in each step of the process and wanted to know every detail of our engagement. When it came time to buy wedding bands my Fiancée and I went back to see Carla who was just as helpful as the first time. When I needed my band resized Chuck was able to do it perfectly and keep the engraved date intact.

I did not end up buying from Simply Majestic, however four stars because they are an excellent store and great friendly staff with best selection of all the local stores we visited. I worked with Jennifer who was incredibly helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I was offered a ring that wholesales for under $400 for $1200 and presented with a fair retail of $1700 to make it seem like a deal that is where I drop the star. Needless to say I ended up buying online much closer to wholesale price. The same exact ring they wanted $1200, I ended up getting it for under $500. As much as I want to support brick and mortar stores I will not pay 3 to 4 times the wholesale price and that was the biggest problem with Simply Majestic. I would not want to deter you however from shopping there because they are the best in the area, however to the even moderately knowledgeable jewelry consumer the prices are...

I worked with Madeleine on restoring my great grandmother's ring. It was a beautiful piece, but needed a lot of love and restoration. She was absolutely wonderful to work with the whole way through: answering all of my questions, offering advice, selecting a stone... everything my mom and I were hoping for and more.
