Walgreens — Local services in Storm Lake

I called and spoke to the lady that worked there, I asked if my product that had a FedEx label could be shipped. She said as long as it's under 50lbs it should be okay. I said it also looks big and she said as long as it's around 3 feet that's okay, my product was 3.5 ft by 1 foot and weighed 45.6 lbs. I drove to town and this guy that worked there came out with me. He saw the product and seemed okay with it, I brought it in and he was ready to scan the item and she said "no no no no, that's too big" I told her we had spoke on the phone and she said it was okay, it also did weigh less than 50lbs. She said that would take too much space in the FedEx truck, I told her it was a FedEx truck that shipped it to my house. Long story short she didn't let me, she wasted my time, didn't tell me on the phone that I couldn't bring the item, and i had to drive to storm lake for this too. So I would've appreciated it if she was honest over the phone and not wasted my time. Hopefully she's better at communicating, that's why I'm giving a 1 star. Don't waste people's times and just be honest...

I understand Covid is an issue but i sure dont understand this pharmacy especially if out of an important medication. Doctor called in new prescriptions for diabetes, of which 2 are out of stock and 1 says in progress for a couple days. Got an email today saying time to refill prescriptions and I have no refills, keep in mind doctor called in new ones a couple days ago. I was told it takes at least 2 days to do refills because short handed and the out of stock will take at least 4 day however the dont get a truck for a couple of those days so could be a week or so to get refills on my diabetes medications. That does not make any sense, but i can understand except when i questioned the email I was told I shouldnt have gotten one because there is not an issue. So what is what, lady I talked to didnt...

They have all kinds of sale prices you buy two you get another one half off but when you check out you don't get the sale prices what a rip off! Oh and there's no Associates there to help you either so you just wander around till you find what you're looking for! Of course it took me two trips around the store to find what I was looking for and I was in a hurry! Store was clean though associate that checked me out took her time but she was a quiet little girl and I couldn't really yell at her but I wanted to! Again in a hurry so I can't go back in and complain about the lack of sale prices that were not given to me! Just the topping on the cake of an already crappy day! Thanks Walgreens I'll go to...
