GameStop — Local services in Stroud Township

If you ever come here looking for Pokémon cards, don’t bother. The manger and some of the employees are most likely scalpers because whenever you go to get any kind of cards on release day, they never have any. The manager hides the cards in the back and underneath the counters for himself and other employees and it’s getting ridiculous now. They quote “don’t always get the stock” which is a lie because the other GameStop’s that I have gone to in the area do confirm that this store does have cards. Stopped by today on my way home as Gamestop had a sale. They charged me 3 times what should be the amount for 1 of the used games I bought even though the sticker price fell within the sale price. When I pointed it out to them the female manager in her generosity refunded a couple of bucks, making it now 2 times the amount owed. When I hesitated her and her co-worker talked down to me as if I were a halfwit. I went down to the Gamestop at Stroud Mall and they fixed the error the Bartonsville one made without a blink. Never had an issue with this location before stop today... I reserved a game for my son's birthday that he really wanted knowing that the game came lit a few days after his bday... after I go to pick it up today they told me that the game was not coming out til December and forced me to cancel my reservation for the game... after searching online for the release date the release date was this Friday... why couldn't they tell me that the game was coming out then instead of lying... most likely w ont come back here unless I...
