Everything about this chick-fil-a is nothing like any other chick-fil-a I've ever been to. It honestly seems like they were just like let's put this chick-fil-a in the worst spot, fill it with whoever we can. The parking lot is a disaster, with little to no space to navigate to the location it's enough to make me not want to go back. Then once you do go, the drive-thru line is always completely packed. So I normally decide to go inside. While the line isn't usually very long the staff is always fully focused on the drive-thru, they are not as polite or courteous as any other chick-fil-a and the speed at which my very small orders were filled took ages. If this is your first experience at a chick-fil-a, or if you love what you have come to expect from chick-fil-a please don't go here. They will ruin your image of this fantastic company. personally I love chick-fil-a a lot. I have been to this location about 5 times and I've held my review in the hopes that it was just that they were opening and things would change once they got a handle on it. Things are changing, they are getting worse. Skip this chick-fil-a find another one.

Read moreThis location has improved, the covid pandemic has made the employees more efficient. Great food! Location is not my recomendation. Update, I have been to this location 20 times, I have to be honest, mgmt is not I repeat not doing a good job at training. The employees are making too many mistakes and it shows in the fact that they aren't attracting the crowd's now that they were getting the first few month's of opening this location. Hey mgmt let's train the employees on Focusing on making sure every single customer gets the highest quality food, fastest possible service and the correct order. Too many times I care too say its not happening. Your shift leaders just aren't making it happen. This Chic-fil-a is no where near what's expected. I have been to over 30 other Chic- fil-a's and this is in need of a visit from top mgmt to see what I see. Im hoping this review will be seen by Amanda and maybe take the steps needed to correct these issues. I work close by and always recommend Chi-Fil-a, but now at this point I hesitate. Update! Read moreUpdate* 04/03/20** Today I go through the drive-through in Bartonville P.A., and I'm surprised to see Chic-fil-A employees taking orders outside. Now apparently it in the effort to streamline service, someone decides to put a worker right at my car window to take an order. The winds were so high, he had to get right up to my window to hear me. Obviously not following CDC recommendations. What was so wrong with the normal drive up method? So now the potential to have a worker possibly infect me or vise versa with covid19. Don't think this was planned out.
To chickfila corporate, we know we have to wait, just keep the workers inside and limit everyone's contact/exposure. Two stars for a great piece of chicken. Down from 5. Cindy, was very understanding whilst taking my order. It was my first time ordering a chicken sandwich, (usually order chicken nuggets for my children) & I wasn't sure what I wanted. She helped me make a delicious choice. The chicken was moist and tasty, but not overbearing on flavor. Thanks to Chick-fi-A and Cindy.
