My husband and I took our wedding bands in to be resized. We had originally purchased everything from a different location and had always gone there to do inspections and cleanings. We decided to go to this store because it’s closer to our house. There were so many issues with our “profile” not having all my jewelry attached and being under my husbands account. Adriana and Iraida had to take a simple ring sizing and go into their computers and find all our information and make sure everything was right. It was such a frustrating situation and they made sure to make everything was right. They updated our profiles correctly and made sure that going forward we would have no issues. The original store was never updating our stuff, they had an old email that we hadn’t used in quite some time and I had given them the updated information numerous times and never corrected it. But the two wonderful ladies that helped us made sure and showed us that it was done correctly. Read moreI'm going to give 5 stars. The kindness of our rep when we picked out our engagement ring was above par. She was absolutely amazing but her name is slipping my mind and not on the receipt. The only suggestion i have is to train the employees to have greater knowledge of the Kays credit card. We were told by opening one by the lady helping our rep that there was a discount by opening the card. After we went through the effort of opening a kays card we were told the ring I picked out prior ot opening the card did not count on the promotion for a discount. That was the whole reason we opened an account. Then when we picked up the ring we asked what 3000 gems meant as a reward for the card and no one knew. Definitely need to tell people prior to opening a card if their jewelry is eligible for any promotions or not. Also the protection plan....there is zero reason to offer it more than 6 times if people decline. When we picked up the ring i was shocked how many times another employee offered it and how i almost was made to feel cheap by declining it. Otherwise...
