12/3/21 This is the second complaint I have filed with BBB and third here. My first complaint I filed with BBB the owner basically lied as a response.The repair company has now been here eight or nine times and they have found several things wrong with my washer. They replaced the stabilizer bars and a couple other things prior to this morning. A two-man crew in showed up this morning to repair the entire drum area. They took the back and the front off of the washer to repair it. Before they left they ran just a simple spin cycle with no laundry in the washer. Everything seemed OK just washing water. After they left I put a load of a dark wash clothes, socks and underwear in there. No large items to go in with the small items so they can’t say that it was unbalanced. I have 22 short videos I took of the way it is making so much noise and jumping around while it is spinning. I took short videos so that if they are easier to download and send. I have almost 200 videos of this washer from the day it was delivered and the way it has been acting I’d gladly share. If there was nothing wrong with the washer why would they keep sending the repairman back out with parts to repair it? Feel free to call the appliance repair company. They can provide you needed proof that there’s a lot wrong with the washer. They’ve been here too many times and done too many things. I’m sure all of the paperwork has all of the issues that they have found with this washing machine. At first I would’ve been happy with just an exchange but the owner wanted me to give him 15% of the price of $1700 to exchange his faulty machine. At this point I just want a total refund for the money I’ve already paid on the credit card and the money that’s still due. I thought I was dealing with a good honest local company but apparently that’s not the case. I choose to go elsewhere and find a company that will replace bad appliances that are defective when they are delivered. I understand they can repair it if it’s something small or has been used a lot but it’s been unrepairable. Videos won’t load. Older review below One star because zero isn’t an option. I wanted a basic gas dryer and he showed me one that was perfect. We received the dryer in 2 days and the delivery went well. We had some problems getting the dryer to work properly. The good news is that Semach's stands behind their products 100%. Mike immediately got the dryer serviced which was remarkable, because this was right around Christmas. I am so grateful that we did not buy a dryer from a big box store. Semach's has great prices and they will haul away the old appliance. But, what separates them is the attention, knowledge, no pressure to sell the biggest, latest most expensive set. I settled on the middle of the road, pretty basic set. I got one set price. No additional charges, no hidden fees. They came on day scheduled, disconnected and removed old set. Installed and set up new set. When I had a question how something worked, they offered some suggestions and if that didn’t work they would have someone out that day to see what the problem was. Turns out it was user error.
