DO NOT COME HERE FOR REPAIRS!! TLDR; SUPER overpriced, took an absurd amount of time, just generally not worth it. Either fix it yourself with the myriad of info on the internet or a more official source with clear repair quotes.

Now for the experience — I needed the right joystick of my Nintendo Switch Lite replaced. I called the day before I dropped it off and was told the repair person would be in the following day from 11am-5pm and he would be able to fix it. Got there at noon and there was no repair guy. Whatever, that’s fine. Filled out a repair invoice that had no time or price estimate, which should’ve tipped me off. Asked when it would be done, was told they didn’t know if they had the part but would call. Again, fine, I can deal with that. I wait a few hours, still no call. I called myself, was told they don’t have the part but it would be done the following Monday (four days). Great. Still no price estimate, go through their reviews and someone says it’s a $30 flat fee plus part price. Reasonable!! Totally willing to pay that, it’s just about the same as sending it in to Nintendo. Find out that weekend that I’ll be traveling for a funeral, so I call again to see if I can have a friend pick it up. Told that that’s fine, but now it’s not going to be done till Tuesday. Fine, whatever, it’s not like I’m going to be there to use it anyway. STILL NO PRICE ESTIMATE. Tuesday (today) comes around, and I miss the call about the repair being done. I call back, and am told it will be ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY TWO DOLLARS to fix AN EFFING JOYSTICK. For comparison, it’s $25 for the part and a full repair kit. There’s at least a dozen high quality videos online to do it yourself, which is what I wish I did instead of trusting these morons. I COULD JUST GET A NEW SWITCH AT THAT POINT. Called back and said all of the above, and am told some bull about a third party service and increasing prices, but they lower the invoice to $75. Still not ideal but I want this to be over, so I just pay it and have my friend pick it up. Overall a terrible experience, which is so disappointing because I was really intrigued by the interior and good reviews, despite people saying they sell fake vintage games. Not worth it, go...

Never ever Go to this shop for repairs I took my Nintendo switch there Because the battery was dying fast It took a week I got it back And the right analog was not moving the camera was stuck So I took it back another week later than 2 weeks later. And they call me saying that they cannot fix my switch they killed it but as a consolation they give me a new switch. But the female employee that was working there try to charged with the full price For the new switch But the manager stop her. Now my PS4 WiFi Bluetooth is malfunctioning So I give them another chance As you can see my logo is PlayStation I'm a PlayStation fan I want to shop wearing nothing but PlayStation apparel hat, shirt ,keychain, Sony Xperia phone which the phone cost more than a PS5. The only person was there was the repair guy. So I gave him my PlayStation 4 tell him the issue then he had the audacity saying that if it's not in my budget thinking at I'm poor well that was kind of insulting so I told them will make sure you don't kill my PlayStation 4 like you did with my switch then he start making excuses saying it was difficult And I told him if he expedite the repairs I will give them $50 2 months later 62 days & I still have not get my PS4 On day 63 I went there mad as hell but calm to get my PS4. The manager told me that my PS4 is fix but they accidental send it to vero beach since last week the manager said that he will not charge me for the repair since he took so long so I got fed up tell him to give me the address so I can get him myself after a 2 hour round trip got home set it up it still wasn't fixed I'm taking it to another shop don't bother with your time...

It's my first time the worker or manager at the store in stuart cause i took 2 handhelds of my ps portal and original nintendo switch and couple of games while the sequel of nintendo switch II heading on june 5th, 2025 the dude was pretty cool also if you plan to take your item's while gamestop getting shutting down your in a right place and he told me that he didn't care for barcode's for the original nintendo switch while gamestop being goofy 2 have barcode's if you don't have the barcode's then gamestop near you will not accept it without the barcode thank you my dude inside the store by taking my item's for cash check's also idc for trade's the dude will tell you if you want digital cash on ur bank account or trading item's at this store better than gamestop i seen my childhood games...
