Are you know I very rarely give a negative review. However this is one of those places that deserve it. I brought in an iPhone 6 Plus for screen repair yes it was affordable compared to everything else in the area. I also purchased an OtterBox Defender Series and tempered glass. The price was right walking out the door at $130. He istalled he tempered glass and put on the OtterBox. I gave the device to my 11 year old son for his birthday. Obviously turning the device on to confirm that the new screen that was replaced worked he was aware that there was not active service on it yet. We had to take the device to the phone store to have a SIM card placed in there for we had to remove the case period when doing today the OtterBox stuck to the tempered glass screen protector. It caused it to rip off and cracked the tempered glass straight down the middle. That's when we discovered that he had ripped the screen out of the OtterBox however the adhesive was still there and it here self to the tempered glass screen protector. I returned with the device, outerbox and tempered glass screen protector. He stated that it would obviously Rune the tempered glass screen protector. And said that's why they don't recommend removing the screen out of the OtterBox. I would not even aware that he had done this I was not aware that we could not remove the shell casing. There was no warning. He would not honor any warranty or take responsibility. Can I run in at the location I have discussed it with a few local people finding out that this is a common situation for that store. They offer discounted prices but do not do quality work. They will give you altered products and do not offer any type of warranty guarantee return or exchange policy on anything. They have sold phones that have not been working properly and with no return or exchange policy they do not have to honor anything. The way that they have all of their signs and labels clearly visible and printed on receipts they do not have to either. Read moreDefinitely not a happy camper. I’ve used these guys many many times and have always been so happy with the outcome and have never had an issue. This time is a whole different story. I’ve been getting the run around and have been told different things in regards to the condition of my iPad, no one has ever called me to tell me that there are “delays”. I called and was told there was a delay in the part that was ordered and it is going to be another week, so I head over to pick it up, and I’m then I’m told it was sent out to be fixed. I was never advised my iPad was being sent anywhere, had I known, I would have told them nevermind. When I got home I called them back expressing my concerns up to this point and I get hung up on. Had I not been hung up on, I would have told them to have my iPad sent back because it is not worth it being fixed at this point. I message them through Facebook and get nothing. I’m still waiting to hear back from the manager/owner. Just praying I get my iPad back at this point because I’m not even sure where the heck it even is. Once a manager contacts me and helps me resolve this issue I’ll consider changing my review.
ETA: After numerous emails, messages, and voicemails to the owner, and them having my iPad for 3 weeks, the only time I heard back from the owner was when he called me to tell me that it was ready to be picked up. Never said anything about the issues/complaints I had with the store/employees (which he knew about bc he did respond to my Facebook message apologizing and stated he would get back to me ASAP, but never did). I will definitely be using someone else for my future repairs from here on out!! I recommend everyone else...
