20X Appliance rocks! I recently stopped in and spoke to the very friendly and professional manager (Erwin) about purchasing a previously owned 28 cubic foot refrigerator to replace the tiny 20 cubic foot Whirlpool frig that we had been using in our kitchen for the past seven years. We had mistakenly been told previously that a 20 cf frig was all we could fit there due to our cabinetry layout. I provided Erwin with the measurements of my cabinets, and he convinced me that I could fit a 28 cf frig in that same space and as a result store tons more food. He advised that due to the larger depth of the 28 cf frig, the frig would stick out further than it did before, but that did not cause any problem whatsoever, as I could care less if the frig is flush with the counter. Erwin showed me a beautiful used LG 28 cf side by side frig with two French freezer drawers, that looked to be in great condition and built very well (much better than the newer Whirlpool 20 cf piece of garbage that I had been using). Every piece of plastic on the Whirlpool frig had broken and/or was held up with packaging tape due to its incredibly cheap build quality. That's after I already paid $80 apiece for two glass shelves bordered by plastic to replace two others which had broken. That frig currently resides in my garage, and I'm almost embarrassed to show it to anyone. Well anyway, I negotiated a great deal with Erwin for the LG frig, which included them delivering the new LG frig and setting it up, moving the piece of garbage Whirlpool frig to my garage, and hauling away my previous garage frig, which was a 45 year old GE frig that I bought in 1980 for my first house but which was actually still working (but finally bit the dust due to a power outage during Hurricane Milton). The new LG frig looks fantastic in my kitchen, and I can't believe how much more food it holds, and now I actually have a decent ice maker, something which died in the Whirlpool less than 2 years after I bought it. Hopefully now goodbye to bags of ice and thank you Erwin for turning me on to the LG! For those out there looking for a quality used appliance, give 20X a try. You won't be disappointed. They have a lot of pride in their business and treat their customers right. PS Erwin told me that 20X installs a new compressor in every refrigerator they sell. That definitely adds another layer of confidence to the equation. He also said that 20X offers repair services on the appliances they sell, and even advised that they apply the $95 visit charge to any subsequent repairs required. Ryan and his team pulled off a Christmas miracle for our family today and we are forever grateful! First let me tell you about this company, their amazing staff and outstanding customer service. Our mom recently passed and my brothers and I all live out of state so we came together to get moms home updated and ready to sell. My brother and his wife stayed behind after we all had to leave to work their magic in turning her home into a beautiful show piece of property. We decided to put stainless steel appliances in her kitchen but didnt want to break the bank so I went to FB marketplace where I met Erwin from 20k. He was amazing and hooked us up with a great but on a Whirlpool fridge. Now just a few days before Christmas we realized we needed a new stove. So I went to what I knew best to a cmpany I trusted to look for a stove. Ryan answered the call and got us a great buy on a stove and next day delivery so now my brother and his wife can be home for Christmas! My heart is so grateful to Santa Ryan and his team for doing this for us. Its been a long journey for all of us and they gave us the best Christmas gift ever! We own several rental homes. We asked owner to send pictures to us of fridges he had available and we ended up choosing one and scheduled delivery. After the fridge was delivered and put in place the tenant called us on that same day stating that fridge was completely scratched ( heavy scratches). The picture he sent us before delivery had no scratches. We believe it all happened during delivery. We spoke with owner and requested another fridge to be delivered without any additional cost since his delivery guys obviously caused the damage. First he immediately went into a defense mode and said that if they found any insects or bugs in the property he would not take the fridge back and we would have to pay for delivery. I was a bit upset but agreed to pay the delivery fee. I tried to schedule the delivery of the new fridge and he did not confirm it until the very same day which I had to reschedule because tenants were not available. I called him several times to reschedule and left a msg but returns. Be very careful with this company because they will not stand by their product. They just want to sell.
