I just left there and cannot believe how horrible everything about my experience was. My massage was an hour of this person rubbing their elbow and forearm down my spine. Not the sides of my spine. Just my spine. Do you think he rubbed my muscles? Nope. I looked over at my friend next to me who was getting a good massage and the person was using their fingers and I said “could you use your fingers a little like that” and he said “maybe later”. So he finally did but spent 2 seconds on it. Touch was so light too. Spent and hour getting my spine damaged and skin rubbed. The kicker? The entire time I was thinking about how I’d have to pay for this. I couldn’t even have a clear mind during my massage. So I just paid, I just wanted to get out. I tipped $5 (shouldn’t have tipped at all but I felt bad. Imagine feeling bad?) and the guy said “$5?” . LITERALLY QUESTIONED MY TIP. So I told him “yeah. It was bad.” They are lucky I didn’t just refuse and walk out. Wasn’t gunna write a review but once the tip comment was made I was over it....

Horrible experience. We had reservations for 4 with a combo 40/20 & the room was packed with a bunch of other 4pm appointments. Waited to go back and then laid on the bed waiting again. It was after 4:22 before they got started. The massage wasn’t worth laying there, spent majority of time just pressing along spine & did not spend 40 minutes on the back. The neck portion was decent. Waisted time on my arms even when I said I did not want that nor pick the package that included that. Spent maybe 5 minutes on each foot with a SUPER LIGHT pointless touch. Rubbed the heck out of my shin bone and just a once over on the calf muscles that actually needed help. Checked us out at 5:13 so on top of charging for the more expensive package that they didn’t actually do, we weren’t even given the hour. Front desk was a joke. I have been a loyal customer for two years, visiting every other week because of JERRY’S OUTSTANDING SERVICE. I have never left without tipping Jerry, and he always thanks me in a very nice way. However, my recent experience was completely unacceptable and JERRY HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IT.

Today, I brought my brother for a 90-minute massage, paid for both services, and split my $20 change between Jerry and Gary. Despite my ongoing patronage and bringing in multiple new clients, (Mother, husband, friend and today my brother) Someone named GARY HAD THE NERVE TO GET ANGRY ABOUT THE TIP, AND THE FRONT DESK WOMAN WAS ALSO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
