really nasty and horrible place to live and deal with. margaret, the main manager, is one of the most rotten souls you will ever encounter, a truly despicable "human" being. they like to discriminate against people and they will not help you with maintenance issues . they also will try to slap on tons of bogus fees whenever they get a chance too, ESPECIALLY when you move out. they won't show you any mercy or compassion and they only care about trying to rip you off. if your ac breaks down, too bad you will just have to wait a few days in the heat for them to get to you. they also play favourites with residents. the grounds of the complex are quite gross too, oftentimes you will just want to call it trash city as there are many days where they leave TONS of backed up trash in the garbage containers outside, spilling out all over the place in a hazardous fashion. they just don't care and margaret is just as rotten as that trash. AVOID at all costs if you value your time, money, and sanity. i also saw plenty of times drug dealers on the apartments that are on the edges of the community openly dealing. and be careful about leaving your bicycle out there, you will find it missing only to discover it's behind the locked garbage compactor...because their staff took it and didn't tell you and denied they know about it. but tell me, how'd it get...

Me and Fiance had lived there for a year and we hated it! Our unit was infested with cockroaches and when we had the exterminator come in he told the front office that our unit had holes all over that the roaches were getting through because the units aren’t properly put together. The dishwasher would always break, our ac would break constantly. Maintenance basically lived in our unit and most of the time they would just walk in whenever they felt like it. They charged us for not cleaning our bathtub however I spent two days bleaching them. Our front doors lock had a big problem locking. The upstairs apartment was so loud and problematic. We had to complain numerous times about the neighbors upstairs especially since the apartments are so thin. We will not return here. The cockroaches and bugs were never ending . We had an immaculate apartment and we would find them on our pillows, bathroom sink and...

I absolutely love living here. I’ve been here almost 6 months and never have had a complaint. The staff has always taken good care of me since the day I applied. The managers are both so kind and understanding. All in all, The apartments are fantastic for the price and are very well managed and taken care of. When I’ve had any issues or questions about maintenance, they come the same or next day. The complex itself is very safe and that’s a plus especially when raising a child here!
