I have been a costumer to Quatum PC Services for alittle over a year. After purchasing my PC I have had very little interaction with the team at Quantum PC l, with no experience to base a practical review outside of bias or related procedures regarding customer service.
As of recently I contacted Quantum PC to replace the charger for the PC i previously purchased. In any event I was unsure on what to expect and how to explain my personal diagnosis on the related issue. I was pleased to find out they had an account saved to my email connected to the device I purchased. To my surprise the team had renewed the 1 year anti-virus I purchased and charged the account without request or promise to pay for the updated Anti-Virus. (As this could pose to be conflict of approval) I was very happy to pay the charge applied to my account for the Renewal of the anti-virus software.
They quickly found a replacement charger compatible to the device within their store. The charger proved to be uncompatable for the device and quickly contacted the team with an update. I was presented with an option to have my PC checked in with the team; however I opted to suggest a different charger I thought would work. They quickly replaced the charger per my request and adjusted the return value of the previous charge unit with no problem.
This charger proved to be uncompatable as well, (ME) being a product of instant gratification and the age of the internet, had to chalk this up and surrender the device to the team.
Within 12 hours of checking the device into the store I was contacted and presented with options via email per request. In correlation to my options and requests, I was very satisfied with the 'sense of urgency' I experienced with response emails, and face to face interactions with the three team members that helped me along this process.
The Quantum PC Services team addresses inquiries on a "first come, first serve" basis, the team has proved to be competent in equipment replacement and customer dispositions.
I can honestly say my PC is in safe hands with the Quantum PC...
Read moreNate and Erin have raised the bar when in comes to computer support for the non-technical computer user in Door County. Everyone has become accustomed to the service that major companies like Amazon and FedEx deliver to their customers. Well, I can only say that Nate and his staff are right up there with the biggest and best service providers of them all.
I brought my Windows 10 PC into Quantum, as a last resort to junking it, to see if it could be repaired. Well, much to my surprise, Nate jumped right into the mess, diagnosed the problem, gave me a reasonable quote to fix it, completed the backup and repair overnight and returned a virtually new, faster computer to me the next day.
As a retired businessman, who had an Information Technology (IT) department to support all of my computer needs at work for my entire career, I have finally found my IT department, right here in Door County, to support my computer needs in retirement.
Thank you, Nate. You are the best!
UPDATE JUNE, 22, 2021
Fast forward from the above note to June 22, 2021 for an update on Nate, Erin and the Quantum staff here in beautiful Door County. Quantum continues to perform beyond my and other's expectations. Customer service is priority number one for the leadership and staff at Quantum. I will go to Nate and Erin first and that means before Amazon, Best Buy and their Geeky Squad and local technical support businesses.
Erin and staff just installed a new desktop computer, wide screen monitor and transferred my files from an outdated laptop - without a glitch. And of course, the staff is always ready to remotely bail me out when I get in trouble.
Nate as not only grown his business significantly from a few years ago, but he never let his growth interfere with customer service. Hats off to the leadership and staff at Quantum for a great job. Keep up the wonderful job and remember words of advice I learned late in my career "If you are not growing, you are dying".

Read moreI have a MacBook Pro 2011 that started to get very tired and was running slowly. I m very attached to this laptop and was not ready to move on to a new version, but the laptop kept getting slower and slower. I had trouble opening more than one application so I took it in to Apple to check the hard drive. I was told the hard drive was fine, but they thought the CPU was going. I had heard nothing but great things about Quantum from friends whose computer was repaired by them. As I planned to visit them in Sturgeon Bay, I brought the laptop in for a check. Quantum told me a check revealed the hardware was fine and they recommended an upgrade to a solid state drive which would speed everything up considerably. So I did. Although I had a bit of a problem opening Microsoft Suite after the upgrade, we spoke and working remotely all is again running like I bought it yesterday!
I am really pleased to report that my old and tired laptop is behaving like it’s brand new… lightening fast and as I write this four different applications are open and the speed is amazing. I highly recommend Quantum as their artistry with IT is only matched by their wonderful customer service. Oh, and don’t let distance stand in the way of visiting them. I live in a suburb of Chicago and yet they worked with me, fixed my laptop in less than 24 hours, and serviced it remotely.
Quantum is...
