We had been customers of Wulf for around 5 years. We had been very pleased with their service until recently. We were in need of a new AC System when ours died and went to Wulf first. We were originally given the option of two different brands, but were only quoted one because the sales rep let us know he didn't bother quoting the other brand because it is always more expensive. After putting money down, the date of install went from a week out to mid-fall. The size of the system that we were told was necessary for our house changed when they said that they could not get what we had originally been told was necessary until October. At that point, they changed tac and quoted the brand that is 'always more expensive.' It turned out to be almost 10 thousand dollars less.
We canceled the job with Wulf but could not get any response to repeated phone calls on how to get our deposit back for 5 days (3 business days). Wulf forgot to cancel their electricians even though I had asked them to take us off the schedule. Their electricians damaged our landscaping, dented our siding, and messed up our electricity in the utility room that then had to get fixed. I was told that because I don't have physical or video proof that their subcontractors damaged our landscaping and siding that I was out of luck. It was also insinuated that I was trying to blame them to have previous damage repaired by them.
At this point it pains me to say that Wulf Brothers is not the same company it once was, and I would be dealing with another...
Read moreI called the answering service on friday at 530 for my furnace stopped working, I used space heaters to get me until Monday to call again, I was put on the list to have someone come out and was told I'd get a call later to pick a better guessed time, I got that call and the lady i spoke to was rather rude I felt alittle belittled for asking any questions. As a first time home buyer I am left with alot of questions. The tech came out that day and fixed what we thought was the problem and it was something bigger that led to me having to buy a new furnace but the nice part was the financing they offer was super easy and reasonable, so they told me Monday that my furnace would be ready friday, so that's all I heard until friday, I figured I had until 8am when they opened but instead I got a call at 730 that my tech dylan was already at my house( I was just leaving work a half hour away) and I asked if he could wait until I got there and they made it sound like it was a pain for them to do that. But I felt I should have got some sort of call to let me know the tech was on the way or what time I could expect them. So I really feel a lack of communication was there I believe it was john that I talked too, and I had so many more questions mostly that pertained to the financing but Dylan was left to answer most of those, which he did a great job of. Read moreHad a water leak, from the laundry room/furnace room on second floor, leaking into the ceiling below. Appeared to be from furnace or the Aprilaire humidifier attached. Scott came out and, boy oh boy, did he go above and beyond the call of duty! After eliminating the furnace and humidifier as the source of the problem, we needed to get a plumber out. One happened to be working in the condo unit next door and Scott asked him to come take a look at the drain pipe. The plumber eliminated plumbing as an issue but discovered the problem -- our washing machine was shot (was more than 15 years old) and was leaking. Scott took a real interest in helping us figure out the problem. His work eliminated our having to call or pay for a plumber and now we know that we merely need to replace the washing machine. We've been Wulf Bros. customers since buying our condo in Fish Creek 8 years ago, and have been very pleased, but Scott is a superstar....
