Do your research. In 2014 I chose Eagle Mechanical to replace my old oil furnace. They sold me a new Carrier high efficiency oil furnace on which I spent nearly $5,000. I followed their maintenance protocol but had nothing but continual issues with soot and starting. My furnace is still under warranty, just barely 9 years old. However, Eagle's solution to these ongoing issues is to now purchase another new furnace - but a propane one. The biggest problem seems to be that Eagle doesn't have a knowledgeable technician to work on these high efficiency furnaces. And if it is the equipment, Eagle certainly doesn't go to bat for its customer. This company does not support its customers when there is a continual problem - Eagle blames the equipment. Read moreThese guys are great. I made many calls to various plumbing companies in Door when my well pump was out in April, many with no call backs or availability. Eagle was quick to answer and called me back in 20 minutes to schedule & talk to a plumbing specialist. The project ultimately was a replacement well pump & wire, pressure tank, and regulator. They were good to talk through the symptoms and the guys called me onsite while doing the work. The install looked clean and no issues after. I'm still waiting to see the bill though.
