Any Lab Test Now — Local services in Sugar Land

If its for infidelity testing... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I basically had to HOUND them weekly to get any status updates on what was taking the test so long. I received no courtesy calls for the unusually long delay and had to reach out to them through multiple avenues in order to find out for myself what the status was. Veronica provided me with the most ambiguous instructions for the content submitted which caused the testing to be pushed back and then she acted like it was my fault when I followed her instructions TO THE LETTER!!! -- not only that but SHE ALSO OVERCHARGED ME FOR A PROCEDURE I DIDN'T NEED DONE ON THE CONTENTS, causing me to have to go through another drawn-out process in order to get part of the amount refunded to my card!!!! What was supposed to be a 10 day procedure ended up being 7 days shy of a month!!! I actually had to call the head of the clinic [his name is George, just in case you think I'm making any of this up] to get any kind of paperwork moving. As patient as I was this is a bit much even for me. Considering what I've been going through all month and the amount of stress I've been under about this, I think getting on the phone with them and stepping out of my character in order to assert myself to get the service requested was the best they could've hoped for. I almost had to file a complaint with the BBB (which again, is wayyy out of my character). AGAIN, I'm sure they're excellent and reasonable when it comes to any other service.... just not DNA/infidelity testing. Nobody deserves the slow and long-drawn-out service I got from this place or any other place for...

I was back at ALTN again for a blood draw and I again can only say what a wonderful experience ALTN. I had a person draw my blood, Lexi, and all I can say is she was wonderful, concerned with my concerns and always helpful.

I will keep coming here as long as I can, the staff is wonderful and make you feel very comfortable and always concerned with your questions.

Just a follow up ….

Recently went again for a blood draw and the staff were wonderful even as they were just getting in. It makes the process very easy and they always are extremely pleasant and put me at ease with everything. (June 2023)

I have been to the Sugar Land Lexington location many times for physician ordered lab tests. I am continually happy with the people and service that I receive here all the time. The staff is so nice, compassionate and wants to make me feel as comfortable as possible while I am getting blood drawn which typically I get anxious about not being a needle person. I would use ALTN at Sugar Land...

I just want to take a moment to say thank you to both Claudia and Naidelyn. I am in my last year of NP school and I needed a 10 panel drug screen before starting clinical. I initially had it done at my school campus clinic, but they had spilled the cup and didn’t bother to let me know until two days before my results were due. I was so nervous and frustrated and had to get this fixed asap. I found this location on google and completed my test here. It was really simple, easy, and there was no wait time. I was anxious about getting my results back by today or I would risk having to drop the class. Both Claudia and Naidelyn were empathetic and listened to my situation and they worked hard to keep checking for my result. Claudia made sure to call me as soon as the results came in the next day. I was able to turn in my results before the cutoff time today thanks to their compassion. I hope a manager is reading this because they truly made my day and they are an asset to this location.
