Store manager MARIA very rude. Prior to ringing me up I saw her throw slam some pants on the counter that the previous customer didnt want. I wanted some jeans I found on sales rack tagged $14.99. When she rang it up it rang regular price. I told her it was on sale. She took off the sticker and accused me of putting it on there myself. I understand that maybe she can’t ring it up because of the system and store policy… but you can’t go around accusing people of putting stickers on the tag. I have no reason to do that I can afford the jeans at regular price if I wanted them. How ever her nasty attitude made the store lose a sale. She also looked hung over with what looks like last night’s makeup. I really didn’t appreciate the attitude. I really liked the jeans. I checked the website and they were on sale not $15 but $30. Read moreToday I went into Old Navy, for a simple on line return. For some reason I thought I had my receipt, but I didn’t so I had to search my email to get the receipt. The woman who helped me was almost irritated at me. It was quite confusing to me because without me as a customer, she would not have a job. It’s disheartening to go ino the store and think that you’re just doing something normal, but being treated as if you’re doing something wrong. The woman was an African-American woman with braids, she was a shorter woman with fair skin. . I explained to her that I wanted to doublecheck to make sure that the things that we returned were the items that I had put in the bag, but she didn’t even check. So I don’t know if I even got my correct returm back. The other thing that bothers me is that I am a former GAP Inc. employee and manager and if I were her boss she would not be working in my gap/old navy store.
