The employees here are rude. Each time I come in, they seem annoyed to be there and can barely utter two words. This last time I went in, I needed to use the restroom. I asked the lady at the front for the key (she looked to be the manger on duty or a shift lead or something) because the sign on the bathroom door says specifically to ask for the key. Due to the unfortunate nature of theft that often comes along with the business model, the employees have to monitor the check out area more so than other retailers. It may take longer than needed at times to check out, but it is understandable that they have to keep an eye out, and they are very nice about the process. Definitely an enjoyable experience...
