Panda Express — Restaurant in Sugar Land

I usually go there for my favorite which is a honey walnut shrimp bowl with brown rice. On Friday after work i decided to get food for my mom and i. We both have acid reflux and cannot eat Spicy food. I decided to get two plates. Honey walnut shrimp and beef broccoli with brown rice and steak and shrimp with orange chicken and chow mein. When i asked the young lady taking the order through the drive through if the steak and shrimp was spicy, she said no. She had a bad attitude throughout the entire ordering process and i guess it was because i wasn’t ordering my food fast enough. Needless to say when i got home the steak and shrimp plate with the orange chicken was inedible because they both were spicy. I wasted $20 that day and went to bed with a bad case of acid reflux because i tasted the food before giving it to my mother. I gave her my plate because i didn’t want her to be sick. Now i will think three times before i go to Panda Express and will more than likely pick a different eating option. It simply left a bad taste in my mouth and a volcano in my stomach. I had to wait 20min for my food because they were out but no problem I waited went up 3 times asking aboub my food i was waiting for Kung Pao Chicken... Whn I finely got my food it had like 3 tablespoons of peanuts so I got bk up to tell them and thy all started arguing with me and a girl named Mei was very rude to me and thy would not help me going back and forth with me I had asked if thy could take all of the peanuts off my bowl because I had more peanuts than meat thy kept arguing with me then thy all started talking in the language looking at me seemed like thy were talking about me and a lady Named Abby grabbed my bowl bent down and started taking half my food off my bowl but whn I made the order thy had already put my chow mein in white rice in my bowl it was less than warm I was not going to get up again so i just waited till my sister was finished eating and I through my food away but before I left I told Abby tht I really apologize because I was not trying to argue with thm 😔I left feeling so bad because I had taken my sister the to eat 😞 and I was bragging about...

Literally dinner was garbage, I now remember why I don’t go spend money at Panda Express it’s always at the very bottom of my list. The one time I decide to go there due to pregnancy cravings it was a disaster. Price and drive thru was not my issue but the food quality come onnnnn. The rice was disgusting no type of flavor and indeed like the other reviews rice was very crunchy. And you know I thought let me save my favorite for the end crab Rangoon’s Idk why but this is the only place on earth who don’t have a little sweetness to their Rangoon’s seriously 🙄oh got three but couldn’t even enjoy the last one because it was simply just a freaking empty shell which could have been prevented if someone just paid attention and not been in a rush.
