I was excited to try this place out one morning on the way into the office. I walked in and I almost thought I was in a post apocalyptic story where everyone disappeared. The place was empty and I walked around in there for a few minutes before someone peeked out from the back. It was a very solitary, silent vibe in there.
The barista was polite and friendly so I hoped that would carry over into the coffee I ordered. A flat white and iced matcha latte shouldn't be a problem. I ordered and when it was ready I took it and jumped back into my car.
I got to the office and parked. Before going in I opened the lid to take a peek at my drink. To my astonishment, it wasn't all there. Now I know, flat white's tend to come in smaller sizes but this cup wasn't even halfway full. I looked around for the camera because surely I was being pranked by some up and coming YouTuber.
Alas, there was no camera and no one was laughing, including me. I could have taken it back but no one has time for that. I took two sips and threw the empty cup away as I walked into the office.
For the size of the cup, the content was disappointingly inadequate.
With that in mind, I did not have high hopes for the iced matcha latte. Good call. I like my matcha on the strong potent side and a shade of green only the Incredible Hulk would understand. This was not it. What I got was basically milk with sugar and just enough specks of matcha to make it green. A very pale shade of green.
I'd like to give this place another chance at some point but it may be a while before...

My experience at this restaurant was nothing short of disastrous. I ordered a kulfi rabadi, expecting a rich, flavorful dessert. Instead, what I got was an utter disappointment—bland, tasteless, and completely unappetizing. It was as if they had forgotten to add any flavor whatsoever. After just one bite, I knew something was seriously wrong.
I approached the hostess, Veronica, and politely requested to exchange the dish for something else, considering I had barely touched it. To my shock, she immediately declined my request, displaying a level of rudeness and lack of customer care that was beyond unacceptable. She didn’t offer any alternatives, no apologies—nothing. Her attitude was dismissive, and she seemed completely uninterested in resolving the issue or ensuring customer satisfaction.
What should have been a simple, courteous exchange turned into a frustrating ordeal. I’ve never encountered such poor service in any restaurant before. Not only was the dessert subpar, but the service was even worse. If this is how they treat their customers, I highly doubt I’ll ever be returning. Save your money and avoid this place if you expect decent food or even a basic...
Read moreWhere do I begin? My visit to this restaurant was a complete disaster from start to finish. I ordered a kulfi rabadi, expecting a dessert that would be the perfect sweet ending to my meal. Instead, I was served a bowl of bland, flavorless mush that had absolutely no taste. It was so bad that I could barely stomach a single bite.
Hoping to salvage the experience, I kindly asked the hostess, Veronica, if I could exchange the dessert for something else, considering I had only taken one bite. To my absolute dismay, she flat-out refused. Not only did she decline my request, but she did so with a level of rudeness that was utterly shocking. There was no attempt to understand or accommodate my situation—just a cold, dismissive 'no' that left me speechless.
It’s rare that I leave a restaurant feeling this frustrated and disappointed, but the combination of terrible food and even worse service made this experience one I won't forget. Veronica’s attitude was a clear indication that customer satisfaction is the last thing on this restaurant’s mind. If you’re looking for a place that cares about its patrons and serves edible food, steer clear of this one. Trust me, you’ll thank...
