It's just okay. I go here sometimes, mostly because it's close to home. I prefer to go elsewhere, but sometimes if Im pressed for time I like to stay closer to home. The older man who did my pedicure did not do what I asked, in fact, he did the exact opposite of what I specifically asked. I told him I didn't want my nails cut too short and to just file them down instead of cut them. He nodded his head in agreement. A little while later I was on my phone sending some emails and I hear and feel the clippers. I look doen and he's cutting my toenails with the clippers. I told him "No, no, I dont want them cut, just filed" he looks at me confused. The young girl that works there start to speak to him in their language in a back and forth conversation. He then stops cutting. I continue on with my emails and shortly later I again hear and feel the clippers. I tell him "No, please stop. Thats short enough. I dont want them cut anymore" Well, all in all, he cut them all the way down and super short. I dont think his comprehension of the English language is very good, or that he understands any at all. The girl always seems to have to translate which seems to be a communication issue, in my opinion, as thing can get lost in translation. Not too good for customer satisfaction. I wouldn't be upset, but this is not the first time he has done this. I was hoping to go another time, on a separate occasion, and not get him, but I did get him again. I tried to keep an open mind and give him a second chance, but the same thing happened even the second time around. Do not get your nails done here. I thought the young lady phoebe was very nice and polite however the older guy with the glasses that did my pedicure was not. He refused to listen to what I wanted he forgot to put on the top coat. I was trying to relax and enjoy the massage chair so I didn’t notice it until I got home. I called to let them them know I was unhappy with the service and noticed a lot of flaws the young lady assured me that I could come in and have it fixed but when I got there the guy that did them started getting upset talking to her in their language and told her to charge me an additional $15 to have polish removed and done right after I paid $55 plus tip. She could tell the overall pedicure wasn’t done right polish missing in the corners. Also refused to let me choose a different color for my troubles of having to come back. So unfortunately my normal nail lady had a family emergency that took her back to Vietnam and I was referred here by a friend my friend is wonderful of course she only gets manicures no specialties of course but I get nails with design and of course this was for my birthday nails this set was so subpar ladies if you're a body that requires and has standards for your nails do not go here my design looked okay from a far but after I left and started looking at it it was let's just say sloppy my nails were separating from the tips so as I was leaving my tips of my nails were already separating from the nails and of course when I was pointing little things out about how things were looking of course he had an attitude and was bothered by the things I was pointing out ladies please save your money and do a little bit more research before you go maybe standard services are to expectation but I was very dissatisfied and unpleased with my set and again this was for my...
