Cheese Steak Shop — Restaurant in Suisun City

I had the most frustrating depressing experience at my favorite most awesome cheese steak shop today . I have been so very sick the last five days losing up to 5 pounds today I got back my appetite for one thing cheesesteak from my favorite shop not physically up to driving ,through a lot further than I would like to drive in this condition But after a long morning on the phone with AT&T U-verse treating me like a technician I needed my comfort food so I pre-order the food ,go to pick it up ,it was packed up perfect for travel so I did not want to disturb it. I got home got comfortable went to heat up my sandwich and it was missing my favorite part the peppers call the store of course no manager around told them the situation after they spent forever trying to find my receipt that I had right in front of me with all the info I said I will come back and some more meat cooked fresh with the peppers the bread was fine . On my way back to the shop on my one and only rest day half shot I decided I would I would like to keep to meet that I have as compensation for my stress time and gas I explain this to the girl and she said no I had to give her back The meet I already have knowing they were only going to throw it away she absolutely refused . After she insisted there was absolutely no one else I could speak to on this matter I ask for my receipt back she claims I never gave it to her . I told her I either want everything or my receipt back . She said no I can only take the old meet or the new one I was so upset as I left the store with nothing she finally produced a receipt . So upset I had to go back and get my money back . Needless to say now I'm home sad hungry twice as stressed way weaker ( part of my weight loss was blood loss ) and really missing my favorite cheesesteak if only I could come up with something else to eat . I miss them already . People should not always assume someone is there just to try to get over on them . Some of us just like being treated fairly and with respect .Aawww but if wishes were kisses !

The cheesesteaks here are the closest to the ones I have enjoyed in my hometown of Philly. The Amoroso's bread is what adds to the authentic Philly cheesesteak taste. The only downside is paying for extra meat by buying the King of Philly. In Philly that size costs way less and a regular sandwich has that much meat and more, you could barely close the it back home because you are give more than enough. I will say the workers are friendly and fairly quick, especially on the weekends. The need to fix their pay station so that I can use Google Pay but I overall we've returned many times to this location and have been satisfied with our orders each and every time. There is indoor seating too. The only downside is that their supply of Tastykakes is always lacking. I need a good butterscotch krimpet for dessert after my cheesesteak. That...

Very good! Always love a cheese steak. I did have one issue with this particular visit, unfortunately. I ordered a large regular cheese steak, but I asked for only meat and cheese on that. I naturally assumed we were both clear on what I wanted, especially since she didn't ask what type of peppers I would like. Then when I opened my sandwich, there was peppers !! Red and green. Luckily I'm not allergic or anything like that. I just sometimes prefer my cheese steak with nothing except the meat and the cheese.
