If you’re looking for a jewelry store that feels more like a bad reality TV episode, this is the place for you. The “manager” greeted me smelling like she’d just hotboxed her car in the parking lot. She had on a bright red wig that fooled absolutely no one, wobbling on her head like it was about to clock out early. Add in a pack of unsupervised grown kids tearing through the store like it was Chuck E. Cheese, and the whole atmosphere really screamed classy jewelry boutique. When I pointed out that the piece they designed wasn’t what I asked for, she didn’t bother with professionalism. Nope — she basically told me, “If you don’t like it, walk out and don’t come back.” Wow. Nothing says “we value your business” like kicking you out for not praising their mistakes. And honestly, judging by how impatient she was, I’m guessing she was just ready to rush off to her next meal. Customer service clearly comes second to lunch. I pick this placed, based on the reviews I read about this place. One was of a man that took his wife's wedding ring to be fixed. And low and behold I needed my wedding ring to be fixed. The main diamond came out and the Marquise prong was broken. They were not able to find the replacement, but made one to look identical to it.
