The Stadium at Burgerland — Restaurant in Sulphur Springs

There were 3 people to wait tables. I was with a party of 10. The waitress never checked on our table. My glass was empty. I had get up for refill. I ordered my hamburger with mustard on top and bottom of the bun. My hamburger, only had mustard on top bun. I told the waitress that I only had mustard on top. I told her to take back and redo the sandwich. She said no. She brought me 2 packets of mustard and no knife. I had get up and get anybody attention to get mustard in a cup because I could not open the packets. I spent $15 before tip which very small. They use plastic forks and knives. The party ordered 2 large orders of French fries. We had ask for tubs to put the ketchup for the fries. The food is served on paper. For $15, they should food on plates and using real forks. The 2 large French fries was served on paper not a plate nor paper plate. The hamburgers were wrapped in paper not on plates. One person in the party ordered a salad and requested no tomatoes because she is allergic to tomatoes. The salad came with tomatoes. The drinks are served in staiform cups not glass. McAllister prices are lower than The Stadium Burgers. McAllister use plastic silverware. The only food at McAllister is served is soups and beverages. The service is 100 times better than Stadium Burgers. Stadium Burgers wad not busy. In mater fact, the 3 waitstaff was just standing at service counter, not checking...

When I was looking for a place I saw Flip's at 1 dollar sign with a rating of 4.7 stars. At first I said, "right, they had too many fake reviews!" so of course I had to try it and see...

Let me tell you why it should have been 5 stars!

First and best, the service was amazing! In spite of being busy, the staff worked together to make sure our cups were full.

Second, value. The portions were awesomely large! I asked if a large fry would feed 3 of us and she said a small would probably do the job! We were hungry so I ordered a small fry, a small chili cheese fry and 3 single cheeseburgers. The chili cheese fries came out first and massively exceeded our expectations! They were huge with a very large portion of chili and shredded melted cheddar. The regular fries came next, and indeed it would have been sufficient for the 3 of us! Then the burgers. The burgers were seasoned extremely well, and the veggies, especially the tomatoes were very fresh and flavorful.

Third, most of which I have already pointed out, Quality. The food and the atmosphere was very good quality, and the environment was simple yet very inviting.

I live 40 minutes away, yet I can promise you I will be back.

Burger was OK, nothing special... Fries come out in a very large portion, but were very greasy and "Oil Burnt". But the worst part of the visit was the service.... First time we went in there was a few weeks ago...after being in there for around 10 minutes, no one cared to take our order or even acknowledge we came into the place. Infact, there were other groups waving and gesturing to staff in hopes of getting someone's attention. We finally just left. Yesterday we tried again, the service was the same. About 10 minutes of waiting when we were about to leave, a waitress came over and asked if we had been waited on.... apparently tables are not assigned to any one particular waitress. we said no, gave her our complete order for the table. 3 people, ordering 1 cheeseburger for two and an order of frito pie for the 3rd person , and a large cheese fry to share on the table.... the burger came several minutes before the rest... very poor, all the food for the table should come out AT THE SAME TIME!
