If I could give this establishment 0 stars, I would. We first walked into without being Greeted. "For here or to go were the first words uttered." I cannot fully fault the cashier because the manager on duty was the most unfriendly person I have ever encountered recently. The cashier taking our orders rushed things because she had to get off the clock (she actually clocked out prior to us paying). I understand the establishment closes at 10pm but a SMILE wouldn't have hurt for the Manager to actually commit to. Not once did she smile while we were eating at the establishment. She even came in the lobby/dining area to cut the television off, although we weren't watching it but come on LADY you could've asked before doing such things.
I was once a manager at a Popeyes and never did we act in this manner. I understand she had to do her counts, which I saw her doing prior to us leaving. I understand they may have a certain time to close down operations after the close of business. I understand the employees assisting in all such things. What I don't understand is how can you not know when to appropriate when customers are there? By appropriating, I mean know how to interact with guest. There was no interaction. There wasn't even a follow up to see how we were enjoying the food.
Did I speak with the manager of duty, no. Why did I not? She was unpleasant and seemed unapproachable, though I could have approached her still.
Being a part of the Hospitality industry we must be aware the Customer Service is key!

Read moreI don't usually do negative reviews but this experience at this specific location today was just terrible. I'm not entirely sure it's the fault of the crew as there is only 3 people in there at the time. I worked fast food and ran a major chain for many years, so I understand cutting labor cost, but at what cost. You are losing customers left and right due to stress on your crew! We walked in and we're never even greeted as we stood there for 10 minutes , not a word or look in our direction. The girl working drive thru was taking every order and never looked up. 7 orders were placed and filled in the drive thru before myself and my family walked out. Labor cost works both ways and can be hard to balance and I understand that, but you have to understand that your customer count is going down due to the lack of customer service. which they turn and cut labor causing stress to the crew. Let your labor cost be high for a few weeks and your customers get taken care of in a timely fashion and then want to return. It's just plain common sense, no one wants to eat somewhere they aren't even acknowledged or made to feel welcomed. I'm just taking the time to inform the owners or higher ups that THEY NEED MORE EMPLOYEES TO TAKE CARE OF THE BUSINESS YOU ARE LETTING WALK OUT THE DOOR! I can't imagine I and my family are the only ones with this experience! It's been an ongoing problem at...
Read moreFirst I wait in line for 20 minutes to get dinner for my family as do a lot of others. My issue today is not that someone made a mistake but that there is no way to fix it without leaving my house, driving back to the store, and waiting another 20-30 in drive thru line. I say this because Popeyes has decided they don’t wanna open the lobby/dining room nor do they want to answer a phone. I gave 2 stars because the food that I received was good but I didn’t receive all of my food. If you are going to have long wait periods in the drive thru, have a competent person making sure everything is in the bag, especially if you are not going to answer the phone to rectify the mistake. I mean how would you feel if you gave a customer their $40 worth of food and they gave you $30 and drove off. You would be ready to call the police. Again, it’s not that a mistake was done, it’s that no one answers the...
