It's called Noelle's Lounge now at 563 & 565 Ritchie Road; Capitol Heights, MD. I rented the center in December for an event in June. I purchased so much stuff, booked a band, dj, and much more. I spent over $20,000 on this event. I get a call on the day of the event at 5:21 pm saying there is a slight issue with the a/c unit, so they are extending the graduation party that was going on prior to my party and they will extend my event; someone is working on the unit. Mind you, my event was supposed to start at 8 pm. Okay, at this point, I'm nervous. I spent all this money to beautify this venue. The vision for my event was for this venue. I get a call back at 8pm asking me to come see how it feels in the center; it was hotter than it was outside. I couldn't have a band playing and people drinking alcohol in a hot box. They had a few fans blowing hot air. The center doesn't have windows. It was unbreathable air. At this point I'm upset and the sound person for the band was already setting up because i didn't contact any of my vendors thinking the a/c would be fixed, since there was a slight problem. Oh, and the event they claim was going on wasn't there. I have a Caterer, party planner, and much more on the way . It's too late to cancel. I had to find another venue, which was smaller and $500 more. Speaking with the owner, Mr. Frazer said he would make it right and give me my money back immediately and a free day to have another event. He talked about how his partner was nowhere to be found and leaving him to clean up the mess. I had to pay additional money to my vendors because I was late and they had to go to a new venue. Just a mess as of today, July 29th, I haven't heard from the owners. I reached out to them with no response. I lost a lot of money, and they were not empathetic and completely lied about my free day. Nor did they try to help me recoup my fees. As a business person, your word should be your bond. From reliable sources, they knew the air wasn't working early that day. Bad business ethics! After posting my review, I see other reviews talking about the air not working. Oh and did I mention i saw a roach. Anyway, once you lie you can't get my business again. Wishing...

The Greatest Customer Service, The Cleanest Event Center in Maryland, The Best Venue Prices, OVERALL THE MOST PREEMINENT in the area. I initially visited the center to book the venue for a birthday party event after visiting multiple venues in the area. The owner was absolutely pleasant and informative. The bathrooms, floors, catering area, bar area and seating area were all very clean. The smell of the venue was like no other venue I visited, it smelled amazingly fresh. The A/C operated well and the venue was presented to me as it was presented to me on the date of my event. Absolute Perfection. The event went beyond my expeditions. The tables were decorated by the venue, centerpieces were amazing and my family and I had not 1 complaint. I am pleased to say this company goes above and beyond with exceeding each and every expectation. The owner was easy to reach, great communication and impeccable customer service....
