I'm very disappointed! Im a previous customer who will not EVER return.

Last year, they missed the ombre mark on a two-tier cake. I let that pass. Photos attached. I paid $250 for a two-tier cake NOT DECORATED. I added all of the items on the cake myself. You can clearly see they missed the ombre color scheme.

THIS YEAR, I ordered a 3 layer cake with a colored photo provided by my granddaughter. I requested pink, purple, pink inside with strawberry filling. They missed the color of the cake inside and outside completely. Pink vs neon pink. The cake tasted awful. The icing was slopped on the cake without care. It melted 45 minutes into transport. There was not enough support inside the cake as the top layer slid off during transport. They made an entirely different cake!

A $10 refund was offered. It's such a joke. I wasn't able to pick up cake due to my father passing away. So my son picked up the cake. He couldn't refuse the cake bc it was going directly to the party. He had no time to change or complain. My granddaughter was so upset she didn't get the cake SHE picked out.

Look at the photos, and YOU choose if YOU want to do business with them.

The first picture was the cake my granddaughter chose. The rest of the photos are the cake we received.

The girl answering the phone said the owner sits home and does paperwork. She does not come in the bakery to do any baking or decorating. That in itself allows you to make your decision if you want to do business with them.

If you are looking for quality and specifics, try another bakery. Joyce, the former owner, is no longer here who took pride in everything that went out the door.

I am disputing the $72 charge...

My friends and I recently ordered a birthday cake for my husband from your bakery after being swayed by the wonderful reviews, and I wanted to take a moment to share our experience. First and foremost, I commend Sweet Tooth Bakery on the appearance of the cake. It was absolutely beautiful, and my husband was thrilled to see it represented in his fraternity colors. It truly added a special touch to the celebration. However, I must express my disappointment with the taste of the cake. While the visual appeal was impressive, I found the texture to be quite grainy, reminiscent of cornbread, which was unexpected. Some of our guests shared the same sentiments as I had regarding the taste of the cake. I had high hopes after seeing such a lovely cake, and I was eager to enjoy its flavor, especially since the frosting and lemon filling were delightful and the highlights of the dessert. Since I live out of state, I didn’t have the chance to sample other cakes beforehand, and I regret that I didn’t get to experience the full range of Sweet Tooth Bakery's baking talent. Despite this setback, I believe in giving businesses a second chance, and I plan to visit Sweet Tooth Bakery the next time I am in town. Apparently they must be doing great during this pandemic. GOOD FOR YOU. They will not be getting my money. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I placed an inquiry in for an exquisite cake, yet I'm told over the phone, after I called them "Sweet tooth" to make sure they have my order. Too much work, I'm doing your CSF job. In 2 weeks, I'm told the "artistic team will reach out to me. I hear back from not a dag on soul. Its been close to a month and a half, Sigh. I try to support african american businesses, I truly do. Having a poor operational structure leads to missed opportunities to delight the customer. The biggest issue with this business are their lack in business skills  & professionalism. They don’t offer top-notch quality. Clearly it's not working out! Businesses like these, are why I look up the false reviews, reach out, and pass by. I'll be taking my money to the white businesses. They know how to respond & treat people. They know how to make money and earn trust. Let alone I don't believe they'd even have the talent to make my artistic views come to life.
