Ritchie Highway Deli — Restaurant in Maryland

I came here due to passing this location frequently. I decided I wanted to come in here and check out what they have and I will say definitely a staple and plan to to back frequently.

I enjoy breakfast food, and not paying too horribly out of pocket.

The prices here are truly special and worth it. You can definitely get lost in the menu for sure due to everything they have and how reasonably priced everything is.

If you want to enjoy a low priced breakfast and grab something for lunch along the way then this is definitely a place to come and visit.

The customer service here was amazing. The lady at the register was so sweet and knew every one of the customers by name. I thought that was amazing because that means they truly have a great connection with their customers.

Want hot coffee, a bottled drink, chips or snacks to go along with your food? Then you definitely will enjoy coming here and grabbing your items.

Low-tier eatry located near an isolated dirt road. That should've been my initial red flag, but being a believer in redemption, I sought to overlook the former.

What an awful mistake that was. This asian-run, carry-out rip-off has the audacity to title themselves as a deli?! It's not hardly April Fool's Day, yet I've been hoodwinked a thousand times over. Please beware of this "establishment". I ordered what I believed to be a turkey club with tomato and lettuce, but to my surprise, I've managed to be better nourished (and satisfied) by the McDonald's dollar menu up the road. Utter disgrace. I'd ought to give both the FDA and BBB a call to have Ritchie Highway Deli - better known as disservice to mankind - demolished and put to rest.

Today, I went to get breakfast, but unfortunately due to bad customer service I will never patronize this business again. I’m going to pass the word as I did this morning to other people I know.

I entered an empty store to place an order. A customer comes in after and the owner immediately takes her order. The reason the customer and owner gave I’m and she is a regular customer and they know the order.

So what, I was in the store first and the owner assumed I had a long order because I pulled out a piece of paper.

I gave my opinion to the owner that because she knows the other customer. It was bad customer service to skip over me.

I told them both to have a nice day and left the store. See, I can spend my money anywhere.
