Do not go here! Even if closer to where you live. There's no substitute for the main campus. So I went because my doctor rotates yet today was terrible. Very overcrowded....long waits....rude staff. I e check in but still waited in line while on hold tryna call 30 min. Desk clerk said oh ur already in we can't scan barcodes yet. The triage nurse was very rude and condescending. Disinfect my chair before I can get up good then kept going on about what I'm not sure. I did ask her to shut up cuz she immediately got aggressively defensive. I already had an attitude. She then refused my service. My doctor saw me in hall way and breezeway area. Then after sitting inside to calm down before driving I'm approach in the lot by her boyfriend wanting a fight. I was attempting to ablige him yet he bolted after I popped the trunk but not before saying that was my girl you called a dog. Which did not happen. I called her rude and unprofessional. I have been to this facility twice and both times found the staff to be very professional, very efficient and very friendly. I did not have an unreasonably long wait, experience rudeness or anything negative as some reviewers claim to have had... during MY visits. However, I also conducted myself in a manner that I wanted to likewise be treated. Friendly, calm and professional. I was on time for my appointment and followed instructions from staff members... so no issues. I also understand that healthcare workers in these times have a tremendous amount of work in very dangerous conditions. Criticism comes from in most cases ungrateful and rude patients who do not understand current health care regulations. They think the world revolves around them. Well, you reap what you sow! I would like to say that I want to go to you again since you are in my community, but I can't. The woman (person who gives life to others) must feel very confident when visiting a doctor, but how can I trust that doctor if they are not interested in giving a good service to the community or create a good reputation? They are not interested in whether you say that you had a rewarding experience and that you would like to come back and tell others about your good experience or if you went once and you never want to come back again. Where did they leave their desire to leave a positive impact over the years in the community with good service? If you are looking for honest reviews about them, don’t go to instagram etc.. because they deleted my honest opinion within an hour after I posted there so that only positive...
