I stopped by Diamond Jim's today to have new batteries put in a couple of watches for me. Also, I want to have my watches sized to fit my wrist. The moment I walked in until the time I left Diamond Jim's. I was treated with the utmost respect anyone could ask for. MacKenzie greeted me and asked me how she could help. I told her what I needed, and she had the jeweler look at one of my watches to be sure he could size it. Sarkas (the jeweler) said he could, and he replaced the batteries in both watches for me and set the time. He also resized both of them so they fit my wrist better. The employees were like a small family working together. Although none of them were related. It was amazing to meet such nice people. They will definitely get any business from me for my jewelry needs. Please stop by the store and see for yourself. It is located in Sun City AZ off Bell Road. I promise you that you won't be disappointed with them. While I waited for the jeweler to size my watches and put new batteries in them, Mackenzie offered to clean any of my other jewelry for me. Of course, I said yes. I love it when a diamond shines after being cleaned. As well as my gold necklace and earrings. Thank you, Diamond Jim's employees, for treating me like part of a family. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that people take the short drive to Sun City and shop at Diamond Jim's!! The folks there are incredibly gracious and welcoming and the selection is outstanding and quite fair and reasonably priced! I like to stop by on a regular basis to check out their new inventory and enjoy the attractive displays of their fine merchandise while making a layaway payment. I have bought thousands of dollars of lovely items as a result in the 10 years I have lived in The Phoenix Metro Area and met a wide range of other quite satisfied clientele. PLUS they have state-of-the-art laser repair equipment and Carlos, their Master Craftsman and repair specialist is quite skilled and I have had expert repairs done that other jewelry stores said were an impossible task. James and the other members of The Diamond Jim's group have become very good friends and when you treat yourself to the experience of shopping there you will be able to appreciate them as well and recommend them as I do!! The service was immediate and superb. Excellent customer service, experience, and knowledge throughout the entire process. Excellent value and quality and super easy. I found the wedding set and center diamond. The price was even under my budget. Payments were easy and mounting was fast. These people are trustworthy and honest and have a genuine interest and respect for the customer.
