Do not shop at this store! They accused me of selling to minors when I was just testing out the juice with my friends who are 18 and I was gifting it so I didn't want him to see the price. I will just go to a different place after this AWFUL experience. Vape shops are all over and this one is nothing special.
The owner lurks over Google reviews trying to respond to every little thing that goes up as well. He or she can't take a negative review so I don't know why you even try. You always act like you and your cronies can do no wrong. Why don't you get to work instead of throwing slander and libel at people. Get the facts before you post accusations online. You said it yourself, you got the information from your employee, you don't even know the story. You have absolutely no evidence I sold to minors because I didn't. You say you have camera evidence and your employees inform you right away, but that sounds a little strange considering there weren't any parking spots open on your side of the store and hmm, why would I hand the clerk $30 for something that is $18. It doesn't make sense. Maybe you should check that camera evidence again because I doubt you actually have it and maybe think before you say things. I guess I'm not surprised, just telling more lies about me. Not sure what you mean by 'truly helping people,' either,selling items that are known to be addictive either. When I say this I mean to say your business isn't doing anyone a positive service and definitely not helping people by selling items to people that are known to cause health issues in the future. It doesn't matter who it is, me or someone else so my point is not mute. Not sure why you're acting like you don't understand.
Go here only if you want to be confronted by employees and recieve libel and slander. I did absolutely nothing wrong. They twisted their story in an attempt to justify why they even followed me out and confronted me in the first place. I parked over on the side of the building because there was no parking due to the small lot and I didn't have the juice because I gave it to my buddy as a gift. I didn't think I would have to show an employee I still had it once I left the shop. I guess I can't do a nice thing for my friend. I did not have anyone with me the second time I came in either so I'm not sure what that claim was about. Maybe you need to check your so called camera and audio evidence again Mr. Owner because if you actually had it, you would see that you're wrong. Again this shop is nothing special and I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future where I don't get confronted. I'm not sure what Mr. Owner is attempting to do because I'm not the only one who's been confronted. What kind of a business owner does that? Mr. Owner, the only reason I continue to edit my response is because you continue to change your story to cover your tracks. For the record he has edited his post the same exact number of times as I have. Maybe you should heed your own advice and "get a life." I like to save people the time by writing very accurate reviews of my experiences. I am always very candid. I know I like it when there are other customers like me (writing reviews) so that I do not have to even take my business to slanderous businesses like this one. Can't trust individuals that talk about themselves in the third person anyway.

   Read moreI purchased a Tsunami Quake Box Kit from SMOKES ON STATE in Sun Prairie, WI on March 25, 2016. The person who assisted me (Pete) was very helpful considering I knew nothing about Vaporizers. I asked him to help me set it up because I have no experience with vaporizers. He set it up and it didn't work. It said atomizer short. He was surprised, but decided to try tightening some stuff. It worked for a couple puffs and then said Atomizer Short again. I asked if he would replace it with a different one since I hadn't even left the store yet, but he just shrugged off that suggestion . This time he got it to work by keeping the tank very loose on the battery (it moved freely and was likely to unscrew itself in my pocket). We went through the process of a couple puffs at 10v, a couple at 15v, a couple at 20v, up to 30. It has never been to 31v or higher. I took the product and left the store. I used it a couple times later that day. The next day I went to use it and it said atomizer short again. I couldn't get it to work. I called the shop and asked if they were open so that I could take it back. The guy at the shop said bring it in and they'll see if they can get it working (in other words he wasn't going to replace it or do a refund if he could get it to work for 2 seconds). On the way to the shop it miraculously worked again, so I turned around and went home knowing the guy was just going to send me on my way with the same piece of equipment again anyway. I didn't touch it again until today (3/29/16). This morning the battery was low when I tried to use it. Fine, I charged it up. After charging I was able to take a couple of puffs off from it and then it started saying atomizer short again. I tried gently tightening and loosening the tank, but it continued to say atomizer short without fail. I'm very disappointed. I purchased this product in an effort to quit smoking. I'm not going to be able to quit smoking if this thing doesn't work when I need it to. I'm happy with the service that I received as far as how helpful Pete was. However, I'm very dissatisfied with the product I received and their return policies.
EDIT: Okay, after seeing the response from the owner I found the screw on the bottom of the tank and turned that a little bit with my fingernail. The device appears to be working again for the moment. I'm going to improve my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. The service I received here really was pretty good. The only thing stopping me from going all the way to 5 stars was not being educated about that before I left the store, and the atmosphere at the store. I wondered if I was going to have health problems if I entered. It looked like someone left a smoke machine running constantly. I imagine that's probably just the way it is at these places. I'm planning to go back to this place for more juice in the future. I might adjust my rating plus or minus based on my future...

My First stop there, I went in search of new flavors not being very experienced, the staff was very helpful and friendly, and the suggestion that was made that day, is still my favorite juice now.
On one occasion, I was traveling back from Green Bay to Madison, and I wanted to stop in to get some juice and cotton, looking at the clock in the car it was 7:55 , I gave them a call and asked what time they closed, they employee was very friendly, and told me they were closing in about 3 minutes. I was very disappointed, just my luck!! Then he asked where I was located, I told him, I was on 151, and be would be driving past Prairie. The employee, asked how long I would be before I got the store......I replied I would probably be about 15 minutes...He said "Come on, in I'll wait for ya, Just knock on the window, cuz the door will be locked"... I was floored...then I quickly replied, thank you, but I won't make you do that.. I can wait until tomorrow. Even then, he still asked if I was sure......If I have a store, willing to give me 10 minutes of their time, to ensure I have what I need. That's where I will be going every time.
