I ordered a gyro using my debit card. The charge was successful because nothing was said initially. I thought nothing of it so I went and put my phone on the charger for family time. It was about maybe and hour later. I was like where the hell is my food. Mind you it usually takes 15min for delivery. The delivery guy finally arrives and tells me the order was unsuccessful and won’t hand over my food. He asks me to call up pizza pit and pay again. I call them up and tell them I’ve paid before and who I am. They tell me they don’t have a record of it. I show them my phone with the bank account where the withdrawal happened. It clearly shows my MONEY WAS TAKEN. The delivery guy tells me “I wouldn’t have come because we tried calling multiple times”. I end up paying again. I know they received the payment and came to my house expecting more money out of me. They end up getting twice what I paid. He even had THE GUTS TO ASK FOR A TIP. I said no, “You already charged me twice blatantly.” I shut the door out of frustration. I am leaving this review everywhere until I get two free meals in compensation. I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN, UNTIL IM PROPERLY COMPENSATED AND WILL SHARE BAD REVIEWS WITH ALL THE PEOPLE I KNOW. They deserve “0” stars but there aren’t...

I’ve had a few times of not getting the correct order when I had a delivery order then I would call to notify them only for the phone to not be answered. So I stopped ordering over the phone. Also had a few times of inconsistent pricing that never really added up. Plus I moved…so I switched to only picking up when in town. I’ve had a few times of going in where I have seen staff vaping in the store, I’m not against vaping, I vape myself & normally stopped in for food after visiting the shop next door. but I’m pretty sure that’s to be done on your break & outside the building. I’ve also seen staff not wearing gloves while they are making food & I’ve seen at least one staff member who makes the food that doesn’t seem very hygienic. This is all things I’ve noticed over time of going into this establishment. Yes I still go in, but would be nice if they would make a few changes to make it a little better…

Have you noticed the name? It is “Pizza Pit” not pizza pit extreme..

This is the real deal. Everyone thought I was making it up... but there aren’t anymore actual pizza pits around. Pizza pit extreme- is totally different. If you haven’t noticed, you definitely should try and then you’ll see! I used to come from DeForest, and now I come all the way from the far West side, Verona area just to make it to the real deal. UPDATE: 4 years later and still kicking! Newly remodeled. Photos are attached.
