I give them 2 stars for extreme cleanliness. I've been going here for at least 10 years. Was always a friendly atmosphere. The last year the customer service has gone downhill. The old man was always not very friendly, but now he is downright rude! Dude, its my money, why roll your eyes if I ask for ripe red tomatoes and not the unripe yellow ones that can't be eaten? And now the usually very friendly chubby guy (owners brother) has an equally bad attitude. Very strange behavior. I wish you well folks, but your bad attitudes are creepy and it shows you don't want my money. I'll spend it where I feel wanted and give it to a business that appreciates it. Don't know whats going on and frankly don't care. This location will not make it past the summer, as there is a "customer shortage." (Not really, its your bad attitudes that caused them to not come back!)
Edit: ordered through the app. Had to work, so this was the fastest way to get my sub. Got there. Sub not made. Reason: they were out of meatballs! OK, no problem, it happens. But they didn't even try to reach out. Since I ordered on the app, they have my number and email. They just didn't try. And it was empty! So I had to wait while they made a different sub. I order subway through Uber eats and I order the milk because my son needs it for a nap and I can’t run out so I do it for convenience. I did this back in February and the milk was way past the sell by date. Kind of gross but I let it slide without writing a review because Uber eats refunded me my money. But I did this again today and the milk is way past the sell by date I also ordered a tuna sandwich and it smells kind of funny so I’m writing this review because it is not a coincidence when milk is way past the sell by date and tuna doesn’t smell right it makes you think, how serious is the standard and quality taken here. I am hoping Uber gives me a refund because I will not eat the sandwich and will definitely not give my son milk that is more than 10 days past the date. I will take a picture of the date on the milk to prove. Today is 6/23/2019. Shame on you guys.
