Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Sunrise

On March 7th 2021 I visited this located and was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. I came to buy 2 blizzards and a kids meal. When I pulled up the line was very long but I had no problem with that. By the time I got to the front of the line the cashier opened the window and stood there waiting for my debit card. She didn’t greet me at all. I said “hello” and gave her my debit card. She then passed me the first blizzard. The blizzard was melted and leaking from the cup. I tried to give her back the blizzard and she was already giving me the second one and my kids meal. I told her the cup was leaking and she took the cup back and quickly wiped it off with a napkin and gave it back to me. The cup was sticky and so were my hands. The cup was still leaking the way it was when she initially gave it to me. So, again I told her the cup was sticky and it was leaking. She took the cup once again and this time she popped a lid on it. She passed it back to me, said “have a goodnight” and closed the window. I sat there for a few minutes because I still hadn’t received my receipt, my debit card or my child’s ice cream. She never came back to the window. I pulled up into the parking lot and double checked to make sure I was missing my card, receipt and ice cream. I then got out of the car and walked into the store. I approached the girl at the front register and told her that I didn’t receive my debit card ,receipt and ice cream cone. She politely walked over to the girl in drive-thru and asked her if anyone left a card with my name on it. She didn’t even tell anyone that someone left a card!! So, the girl brought me my debit card. She then brought me the ice cream and the receipt. I absolutely cannot believe how rude the employee in the drive-thru was. She closed the window in my face and said “have a goodnight”. She kept my debit card and didn’t even let the girl in the front know that someone left a card and they might be back for it. I thought that was the scariest part. What if I hadn’t noticed that she didn’t give me back my debit card? She wasn’t going to notify anyone that would’ve been a disaster. I am a big fan of Dairy Queen but this was probably the worst experience yet. The girl in the front was polite and friendly. I truly appreciate her making it easy for me to get the things I walked in for but I am sad to say I’ll probably not be visiting this...

I don't normally write reviews, but the service I last received here was so bad that I feel I have to comment on the awful service of one employee named Zavion.

He already had a clear attitude as soon as I entered the store. He was short with me, essentially ignored everybody, and treated people like a nuisance having to serve them. The rest followed downhill from there. He served wrong orders several times (I WAITED 30 MINUTES), confusing the customers as well as his fellow employees. It got so frustrating that the rest of the staff seemed to have to constantly correct his sloppy errors, almost as though they were babysitting him in order just to make it through the shift.

Even during a clear rush hour, Zavion sat around accomplishing nothing to assist. It infuriated me to see other workers sweating under pressure while he did the bare minimum. It crossed my mind about how someone so careless towards staff and customers can manage to stay employed.

I'm willing to give people the benefit of the doubt, but someone needs to establish a standard. I do hope management takes this incident seriously, because obviously something...

First time visiting at this location and had a bad experience. I didn't want to leave a bad review, but my order TO GO was not as pleasant. I ate in and enjoyed the atmosphere. I order a cheese burger and my bread was stale. I ordered 2 blizzards to go and while I was standing waiting on my order. One of the workers who was making them. Dropped my blizzard and spilled some out of the cup on the counter, placed my cup back on the counter and another worker cleaned my cup off a little bit and put a lid on my cup and gave it to me. I politely asked can they make my blizzard over. It was a slight issue. A new customer who never been there felt some type of way on how I was been treated. My blizzard was made over and I was on my way home. When I got home I noticed my blizzard was leaking. I thought it was from the top of the cup. It was leaking at the bottom of the cup. My cup had a big hold at the bottom and leaked in my car everywhere. I'm PISSED! I couldn't enjoy my blizzard when I got home because it...
