If I could give fewer stars, I would. After waiting approximately 30 minutes for assistance, I was finally helped and purchased items similar to those I’ve bought in the past. However, when I asked about returning one of the products, I was informed by Robert, the manager, that the store’s return policy had changed and apparently applying only in my case. Despite being a loyal customer for nearly four years and never encountering such issues previously, I was denied the return and left without the electric battery and torque wrench I needed to complete repairs leaving me stranded due to "policy changed". I always find myself frustrated when I leave this place. They really don’t know that much about the building/hardware/house products they sell which either leads to employee confusion or searching the store yourself. Plus, the prices here are easily 15% more than the leading home supply stores. Often times, after an employee asks all the other employees what a product is (they might know what a nail is but use the word “galvanized” and they look at you like you just asked a physics question), I then end up dealing with a disgruntled person behind the register. absolutely stupendous they pointed me in the correct spot right away I got what I needed and I got out of there I even bought the wrong part and then returned it without a receipt to no problem if these places were all like that I would buy a lot more stuff at local Ace hardware store most places seem to have an attitudeperhaps it was my child being with me he is eight years old he doesn't touch much he isn't very rude at all he's not like most children he does not talk or treat others like childrenmature for his age so I would have imagined that he would have gotten along with them or...
