I believe customer service and hospitality is lost at this store. Numerous times at this store and without fail bad service. They walk right by you before you can even ask for help. Cashiers need to learn manners. Good grief. Working customer service you NEVER look at a customer then turn the other way without Out greeting them. The owner should be very concerned about this behavior. Just the other day , my son and I were waiting in-line , when it was what we thought was our turn, we stepped up and the cashier said " HE WAS IN LINE FIRST" who was in line ? This customer that wasn't anywhere near the line. Really lady. My six year old son was bewildered and concerned that he had done something wrong. At this point we put our things on the counter and left the store. Prices are high but appropriate for the location (a resort town) the ace hardware is nice and Clean with a good selection but few staff to help. It is pretty quiet with slow product turn over.
