Rude, no help, arrogant, really the same exact thing as Duluth location. Makes sense due to same owner. Literally waited for them to open 2-3 weeks to trade a card (a valuable one at that) to help them have inventory for opening, build relations, ect. I was turned away three separate times on three separate days. One stating the buyer wasn't available, one stating that NO ONE I repeat NO ONE is buying sports cards currently in the market... Not sure where he lives must be under a rock. No one even looked at my card the three separate times I visited. Save your time and go to globe news just across the street and talk to Tom. He will actually make it worth your time.
Update after response : I am glad you support your staff in this current world industry we live in. But also not smart to blindly back young staff members that have not yet learned how to treat people with respect or even as a human.
As for questioning my 3 visiting in 5 days. Yes I did due to the excitement of having another collectables store in such a small town. I had picked a specific card to sell/trade with you to build report with you. Instead like I had mentioned previously I was told no to buying a Vintage Rookie Hall of Fame card in which I was looking for only 50-60 percent of current value on. So I guess MY ACTIONS where just not the right thing to do.
After your response it makes total sense why your staff treats customers the way they do... I just can only hope one bad review might get you to step back and evaluate what you are doing and showing customers and staff what (you think is right) after looking at your Duluth store reviews I have a feeling that this was all a complete waste of time.
Lastly, I will always go to Tom and will tell EVERYONE I know to as well. Goes with the same kind of person you are I guess by setting up shop where you did.
All in all, no luck to you in your ventures of superior. You will have to pay people to give you good reviews. Oh wait, you...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWell organized, clean, efficient and can even get accessories for comics such as boards and bags upon purchase or by a bundle. CDās, Records, Comics, DVDās and Iām sure a few more things are available. You can also be on a āPull Listā for comics you like so you can have your copy when you return, free of charge. I did however notice the more I buy a specific comic the prices have jumped up substantially and Iām getting price gouged. I watched one comic go from $5.00 to $20.00 in less than 2 months. Iām also still seeing newly released comics later sitting on the shelves bagged and boarded for over double the price. Itās sad to see, The $ Dollar, is worth more to them than the customer being pleased with prices and continuing to buy back issues. Hopefully things change. Other than that, MOST staff are very polite and friendly and know how to converse with a customer. This is all I see from a customer standpoint. There are plenty of other businesses to choose from and buy comics even at discounted prices and some have amazing discounts upon with free shipping after a...
