My husband and got to the office Around 3:15 on a Friday. Got checked in by Kelly who was very helpful! She tried to get us on-line but the internet was not cooperating. We stopped trying to get on at 3:57 and they close at 4. She told me what to do and that if we couldn’t get it figured out to come back on Monday morning and that we didn’t need an appt. and to just find her and she would continue helping us. When we first got to the office I was extremely frustrated because I had to pull my husband off the job to come in and we live about 60 some miles away! I've had maybe 1 or 2 good experiences calling this place, besides that, it's been extremy overwhelming and hard to bite my tongue. Absolutely stunned with the amount of disrespect. Initial rejection, appeal and hearing for which they did not schedule sufficient time; so hearing was delayed by a further four months. The volume of medical records alone should have indicated a big screw-up in the initial denials; and the need for more than a 50-minute hearing.
