Ask for Brian, even if he is busy assisting other customers. He is worth the wait and more than 5 stars.
I went into AT&T Superior, WI location about a month ago with a ton of questions regarding my husband’s phone. The screen stopped working but only in specific areas and the issue would come and go. I had questions about the insurance, to get a new phone or get a replacement, which phone, how my bill would be effected, what the trade in value would be, so on and so forth. Brian was SO patient with me. No question was a dumb question. He broke EVERYTHING down and I left that day with no regrets. He was thorough and this is one of the few times that the bill actually reflected what a customer service rep said it would. He did not try to upsell me, he helped me find what was best for my situation, with all the pros and cons.
I went in again this evening with more questions about possibly changing to a business account or just adding business lines to the family account I’m a part of. Again he answered question after question, providing me with all the details I needed to make the right decision. This man is dedicated to serving the customer and making sure you leave satisfied. He does this while making the process painless.

Read moreWent to this store in Superior to change my phone plan and likely upgrade my phone. There were 2 staff members on the floor helping customers, so I waited. It was shortly after the store opened, so wasn’t overly busy. The gal helping a gentleman came and asked about checking me in, so I told her what I needed. She said someone would be with me shortly. There was also salesman working with a family. So the sales lady finished with her customer and I thought I was next, however in the meantime, a new customer came in and she helped that person instead, even though I was there first. So I waited some more - sat in the chair nearby…waited…and the clerk finished up with that customer, walked past me without acknowledgement, disappeared and NEVER returned to the sales floor! Several more minutes went by while I waited some more. Meanwhile the salesman with the other customer never acknowledged I was even there and said NOTHING as I walked out the door without a new phone. They lost my business!! I will never go back. Read moreI spent $45 on a screen protector at AT&T. I have owned every iPhone and never broke anything. This screen protector lasted for 5 months and is cracked. When I tried to get it warranties through Zagg I was told I needed to pay $8 to have a new one shipped. Why did I spend $45 so I could pay more money. When I called att to talk about this the salesman "mike" was very rude. I explained I had never bought this type of screen protector before and did so because of the warranty. I also explained they needed to explain to the customer that you needed to inform them they would have to pay to have a new screen protector. I was under the impression I could go back to att and get a new one. Well I went online and bought new screen protectors from amazon. Mike the told me well you get what you pay for. Apparently he didn't listen when I said I had NEVER bought a glass screen protector prior to this and also NEVER broken a screen. I've never been to say the customer is always right.
