Wow...and not in a good way! I'm dumbfounded where they find some of these people that work here! Went in with a spark plug from my snowmobile. I asked the guy behind the counter if they sold a hotter plug. He looked at me like it's the first time he'd ever heard that. Needless to say, he had no clue what I was talking about. I tried to explain but he didn't get it. Finally, he grabbed someone else. That just started the runaround all over again. The next guy had no clue either and started thumbing through a book. Wasn't until a big guy named Bruce came up and he knew exactly what I was saying. Why isn't he at the counter all the time? Send the other 2 nimrods to the back. Anyway, Bruce had me all taken care of in a matter of minutes! He's the only reason I'm giving my review 2 stars but he deserves 5 stars! Never stepped in Auto Zone until after following Mitch from a competitor to this store.

Excellent product selection in stock for older models, always helpful staff, and spacious isles where one can browse and not be in others way.

Shelves are always amply stocked with pricing clearly marked. If you are in a hurry, their associates are always more than happy to help you fiind what you may be looking for on the showroom shelves.

Easy to get to store with plenty of convenient parking, along with clean store exterior...
