Taco Bell — Restaurant in Superior

First off, there are a few suspicious 5-star reviews that reek of being made by staff/manager. I am a huge fan of Taco Bell, so I was happy as heck when one finally opened in Superior not 2 minutes from my place! Very excited. Unfortunately, I've had nothing but very souring experiences with this particular location: ALL THREE TIMES I have been here there were horrible delays. I waited 15 minutes for a very simple order made in the drive-through, and they forgot to give napkins, taco sauce packets I asked for, and one burrito -- and while I was charged for making my tacos supreme, only two-of-four were made as such. The second time I ordered in the lobby, it smelt of uncleanliness and there was trash on the ground and numerous dirty table tops that remained dirty for the whole HALF HOUR I sat there waiting for two meals to be made. The only good thing was a bigger shy kid who was extremely polite and apologetic about the delay. He was good people.

Finally I made an online order for two people, the order screen said to get my order now. So I got there only to find they hadn't even started on it! I am being 100% accurate: I sat there for literally 37 minutes waiting for my simple order. Salting the wound, the double steak grilled cheese burrito I ordered had almost no steak in it and an excessive amount of rice. I order this burrito all the time, so I know how it's supposed to be made. I wanted to throw it in the garbage, they've ruined it. What a shame that my new local Taco Johns is by far the worst I've been to. I hope they retrain, get new management, or something/anything -- because as of now it is in total disarray. These other 5-star reviews seem very suspect to me, while all 3 of my visits align very true with all the other 1 and 2...

My husband and I had come to this location after finishing some of our grocery shopping and ordered a few tacos and burritos. I am completely dairy free and actually allergic to dairy. I made sure to tell them at the drive thru that I needed my burrito to be Al-Fresco and no dairy at all. None. We got home with our food and I just had a gut feeling that I should check mine before biting into it. I am glad that I did. There was little bits of cheese all throughout the burrito, and due to the warmth the little bits had melted enough that I couldn't safely pick it out. It was very obvious to me that when they were making the burrito they started to through everything in like they would normally and then when they re-read the order they realized that they had made a mistake. Instead of starting over they just scooped off what they could and served it (they even forgot to add the extra lettuce and tomato that typically comes in an fresco burrito). Because I have such an intense reaction to dairy I couldn't risk eating any of it. It was very upsetting. I get that they are new location with lots of young employees but that does not give them a pass. If anything it should make their service exemplary. If you have allergies please be sure to express them wit great vigor, otherwise you'll be ignored. I would hate for some one to go into anaphylactic-shock because someone was too lazy to start over...

I have been to this Taco Bell about 5 or 6 times since it has opened, and everytime I have been my food has not been made correctly. I have a severe tomato allergy which I tell to the person taking my order. A few weeks ago I order dinner for my family (5 people) Guess What!!!! Tomato was on every piece of food that was ordered that normally have tomatoes on it had tomatoes including my. So while my family had Taco Bell for dinner, I had chips and dip.

I went through the drive-thru yesterday, I ask for no tomatoes on my food ( yes told them about my allergy ) and no lettuce on my daughters food. I finally got food with no tomatoes! however the chalupas I ordered were hard on the bottom and chicken was cold and hard. My daughter had a quesadilla combo and her taco had lettuce on it.

When I got to the window, our freeze's had stuff running down the side of both of them. A straw that is wrapped in paper touch the cup and the cup was sticky it tore the paper on that straw.

I have been a Taco Bell person forever but I think I will trying Taco...
