Sometimes I get great service and sometimes not so much. They don't like doing business with online dealers at all and will outright deny transferring most of the time. Their prices can be kindof high but for a local place I can understand why. Worst part about this place is the customer service though, some of their workers are very polite and make doing business with them enjoyable, but don't expect much from the older women who work there or the owner. I was looking for parts for an AR-15 build and asked the owner about bolt carrier groups, she insisted they didn't exist, called me a retard, and still insisted they didn't even when the general manager came in and told her otherwise. I think his name is Bill or something similar to that, if it wasn't for him the store would have lost yet...

Place is great! Great selection of handguns and long guns. Just don’t let the big guy do your background check. His name is Tony Furtherreview. Got two great gunsmiths. Peanut butter Chris and Popeye Beach. Both are competent and pleasant to deal with. If you need handgun information ask for good Chris. Not only does he have vast knowledge of handguns also has an extensive knowledge of long guns and probably the best Christmas sweater collection in the greater twin ports area. There is also a guy that sits at the till. Don’t know anything about him except he makes change very competently. Pat Dan and chief round out the staff. Called about 5 weeks ago to inquire about a magnified predator scope for a .223. Needed a scope, the cantilever mount and a bipod. Was told I'd have to do the research... huh? So I reached out to Vortex. Talked to their techs, settled on a scope and then called shooters supply back and they said "great we have to order scopes from them today anyway". 5 weeks and 3 follow up calls later I'm told today that "the guy who took the order is no longer there, I'd have to call back Monday to go thru this all again". I asked why someone can't call ME back. The answer? "I don't work Monday". Ya just lost my business. I'll give the grand to an organization more deserving of the business. Beware, this place is a joke. Would give zero...
