We received poor customer service from this store. If you purchase a Tesla Plush mattress and boxsprings from this store make sure you receive a warranty on both items. We purchased two queen mattresses and in two years both boxsprings were demolished.The boxsprings made the bed very uncomfortable. The owner said that kids had been jumping on the beds.I believe the boxsprings were damaged when we received them. There have only been two children in our house in that time frame. The children were two and four years of age. Certainly not heavy enough to break boxsprings. These boxsprings have wooden slats on the top. Not your traditional boxspring.The days of customer first are over. I then called the company who made the mattress. This was strange experience. The person I communicated with would only text with me. They would not not even tell me their name. At first they acted like they wanted to help. The texting went on for a week.
