Salt Marsh Market — Local services in Surf City

OK, I have to say the Salt Marsh Market is just an absolute blast to hang out at, especially on a Friday night.

So this market has a lot of different craft beers, THC beverages and specialty items like my favorite Duck Fat Spray. Great for grilling and using as a binder on your meat before you put a dry rub on. FYI this is a BBQ Pit Master tip I picked up.

So if you've never been here, when you walk in to the left is a counter with about 10 local craft beers available on draft. The counter seats about 10 and there is space with picnic tables outside as well. My favorite time is on a Friday night when people congregate and pack in to hang out and have a great time, great conversations, and meet friends both old and new alike.

One thing that's really neat is that they have a neighboring store called Smashburger. You can order your food over there let them know you're at Salt Marsh Market and they will deliver it to you at no additional charge. Very cool.

Whether you're looking for sunscreen as you're heading to the beach or to fill your cooler with some tasty beverages. Salt Marsh Market is a great place to stop.

This family-owned market is also a great place to stop for a cup of tea or coffee, a beer or wine, globally made sparkling beverages, or a yummy ice cream cone for the kiddos! The Spicy Pimento Cheese and Chicken Salad are worth every single penny and I promise your taste buds will thank you. Don't walk out without buying a cookie - or two - there are different kinds but I personally like the Lemon and Coconut Chocolate Chip. Absolutely loved salt marsh market. The staff was so friendly and they really have built out the most unique, amazing store. There are so many products, and I love that they are supporting local and other small businesses by many of the products that they carry. From a large beer selection and wine, to gifts like candles and tumblers, to unique sweet treats and candy, and then have ready to go snacks that are premade like pimiento cheeses and more.
