False advertising: Double check the prices before you pay. We had to look at the receipt to find out. They refused to refund the difference after we pointed out the menu price($6.95) compared to the price we were charged($7.99). If they advertise a price they should honor it or at the very least tell me before I pay. We wouldn't have ordered it if we'd known. Also, we asked for extra chocolate on the banana split and she said it was under the ice cream but it was not. Don't recommend this place. Bad customer service and false advertising.

I'm giving a 3 star rating based on the shake. We ordered 2 chocolate shakes which were hardly chocolate flavored and no thickness to them. We basically had mediocre chocolate milk. Not worth the $16 plus on 2 shakes. 5 star for the customer service and atmosphere. If I had been the health inspector I would have taken points off for the girl who had her long, straight hair hanging down her back and over the front of her shoulders. Total disappointment. $49 for a milkshake, a slushie, a one scoop waffle cone, and a $13 sweatshirt. I was definitely overcharged for something but didn't realize until later. Put quarters into the "quarter drop" game, only to have the quarters drop and disappear (unable to retrieve, so no way to "win"). Put 50 cents into the pinball machine, only got one ball and the flippers never functioned. Racing video game "out of order". So, of the 5 or so games they have, at least 3 of them don't work....
