if possible I can give negative star this store and Home Depot corporate.very unprofessional service.Orginally I order lumber for my fence on 09/18/2021 around $2680.00.After few days they send me but wrong order.I went to store three time to correct order.they send correct order on 09/30/2021.and picked up wrong order on 10/05/2001.but they didn't give credit for wrong order.so still it is showing $800 on my invoice.plus i returned some $150 lumber after my work finished.but they couldn't give me credit because $800 still showing my invoice.after almost ten time went to home depot they told me to call corporate home depot.I called corporate home depot on Nov1.every time i called them they told me that they will fixed it.and some one will call me in 48 hrs.my case no is 26779703.no one call me yet.i am tired to call corporate also.almost I called them 4 to 6 time in last two moth.I think no one interested to fix this issue.next I am planning to go personally home depot corporate office Atlanta GA.very worst customer service.hope no one can treated like this by home depot. I visited the store looking for grass turf and noticed a special sale in a cardboard bin marked at $49, half off the retail price. I placed the item in my cart and headed to checkout, only to find it was not priced as advertised. A staff member kindly looked it up and confirmed it was a different product, which I understand could have been misplaced. She went above and beyond, offering to walk back with me to bring the issue to the manager's attention. Unfortunately, Derek, the manager, refused to honor the displayed price despite the obvious inconvenience. When I pointed out that leaving these mislabeled items on display could mislead other customers and potentially be seen as false advertising, he dismissed my concerns, claiming it wasn’t an issue. As a former retail manager myself, I found his response entirely unprofessional and lacking empathy. Managers represent their brand and should lead by example. I strongly recommend Derek consider retaking a leadership course to better handle customer interactions.

UPDATE: Reached back out to Home Depot and spoke with Damien. He was very helpful. He tried to work with the installer and manufacturer but he said they weren't being responsive. So he just set up a new order, the installer came back out and replaced the damaged counter. Thank you Damien and Home Depot. You've retained a customer. Previous Review: I purchased some expensive countertops from this Home Depot and spent thousands of dollars. One evening, my wife and I heard a loud crash in our kitchen but didn’t know what it was. I went in and discovered a huge crack in our expensive countertops. Home Depot just passed me off to the installer who came out, did several tests and determined that they can’t find any reason why the countertop would crack and told me that the supplier that Home Depot selected, Cosentino, sold me a flawed product. Now I’m out THOUSANDS of dollars and Home Depot is just shrugging their shoulders.

I've been shopping in this Home Depot for some years, always buy home appliance here. it's been mostly positive experience until last November... My dishwasher start leaking water pretty bad, so I decided to buy a new one, and I bought a Samsung from this Home depot, unfortunately, it won't fit. At that time if I choose to return it, it won't be a big deal, but the installation guy told me, if I can get some electrician to fix the wiring, he can come back to install and suggest me to just hold the washing machine and I did not think much and agreed... This is A BIG MISTAKE!! I should have it returned!!! 2 weeks later, another installation guy came and told me he can't install it either, and since it is already accepted 2 weeks ago. Now I have a dishwasher that they can't install and I can't get it returned. so I called Home Depot customer service, long story short: the service manager from this Suwanee Home Depot agreed to take it back and I can get the refund as credit so I can buy a new one from the same store. Great, right? I thought so too, in December 2021, I got several calls from HD and one of them even promised me that he will help me get it returned as soon as possible since it's been going on since November. As of now, as I am writing this review, 2/16/2022, nothing has happened. Apparently, somehow they decided to just silently break their promise. What I paid was the machine + installation. they took the installation money and didn't do the job. if it can't be installed, should I at least get the installation money back??? Finally I decided to hire someone else to install it. Terrible Terrible experience... I can't believe a Fortune 500 company would do such thing to his...

Horrible experience twice in a row the customer service is beyond unbearable here. Considering that I was harassed by an employee named Chauey he is a rude Asian man that works in the paint department here. He is very disrespectful towards customers and insults them about their purchases he mixed speciality Ralph Lauren paint for me the day before and when I asked him what materials I needed before hand he was very short and dismissive towards me. I've never been so insulted in my life he even went so far as to say call management and customer service what are they going to do, nothing! I really needed the products so I drove to Hamilton Mill store which is more helpful and not rude. He even slams things on counter at you. I spoke to Kelly the manager, but nothing happened and I just want people to be aware that they allow their employees to treat their customers rude and disrespectful. He had the nerve to ask me why did you leave the paint I mixed for you here last night! The reason was his customer service was rude by slamming things at me and then insulting me and not having all the materials I needed to complete the project so I chose to go to another store with better service and the required materials that I needed to complete my job. When I spoke with Kelly a manager she witnessed him be rude and another customer attack me in store I asked her to roll the cameras back to see his behavior on both days but instead I left the store insulted and embarrassing from such harsh treatment from an Home Depot employee Chauey and a customer who had no knowledge of what I had experienced. They are very racist at this location and I highly recommend going to another store...

Stop recommending outside companies that don't want the work. It's frustrating.

Honestly if I could give zero stars, I would. We went through home dept because they insisted coolray was the best for heating and air . We set up 3 different appointments, 2 were canceled. Okay stuff happens no biggie. When setting up the 3rd appointment we explained that we had reservations because we'd had appointment canceled in the past and not rescheduled as promised. They assured us that wouldn't happen again going as far to set the appointment up while we were still in the store, got the email confirmation and all. Fast forward to the day of. My appointment Time came and went. I called coolray and after a bunch of call this number or text this number I got ahold of a rep who couldn't find the appointment despite me having confirmation. By this point I'm really upset I've wasted a whole day waiting, my issue still wasn't fixed plus the lady on the phone was making me feel stupid because clearly i was mistaken and didn't make an appointment.. Called the home depot rep back who set up my appointment to begin with, Peter was shocked because they had confirmation of everything in addition he had spoke with them himself. He made some calls and apparently coolray had a system glitch and the appointment didn't get made despite me getting multiple emails. Pleaded with me to give them a channce to reach back out and reschedule. I waited 5 hours for them to call back and never heard anything. I should have listened to my gut after the first 2 times. However it is what it is. Just do your research and find a company home depot...
