I've been shopping in this Home Depot for some years, always buy home appliance here. it's been mostly positive experience until last November... My dishwasher start leaking water pretty bad, so I decided to buy a new one, and I bought a Samsung from this Home depot, unfortunately, it won't fit. At that time if I choose to return it, it won't be a big deal, but the installation guy told me, if I can get some electrician to fix the wiring, he can come back to install and suggest me to just hold the washing machine and I did not think much and agreed... This is A BIG MISTAKE!! I should have it returned!!! 2 weeks later, another installation guy came and told me he can't install it either, and since it is already accepted 2 weeks ago. Now I have a dishwasher that they can't install and I can't get it returned. so I called Home Depot customer service, long story short: the service manager from this Suwanee Home Depot agreed to take it back and I can get the refund as credit so I can buy a new one from the same store. Great, right? I thought so too, in December 2021, I got several calls from HD and one of them even promised me that he will help me get it returned as soon as possible since it's been going on since November. As of now, as I am writing this review, 2/16/2022, nothing has happened. Apparently, somehow they decided to just silently break their promise. What I paid was the machine + installation. they took the installation money and didn't do the job. if it can't be installed, should I at least get the installation money back??? Considering that I was harassed by an employee named Chauey he is a rude Asian man that works in the paint department here. He is very disrespectful towards customers and insults them about their purchases he mixed speciality Ralph Lauren paint for me the day before and when I asked him what materials I needed before hand he was very short and dismissive towards me. I've never been so insulted in my life he even went so far as to say call management and customer service what are they going to do, nothing! I really needed the products so I drove to Hamilton Mill store which is more helpful and not rude. He even slams things on counter at you. I spoke to Kelly the manager, but nothing happened and I just want people to be aware that they allow their employees to treat their customers rude and disrespectful. He had the nerve to ask me why did you leave the paint I mixed for you here last night! The reason was his customer service was rude by slamming things at me and then insulting me and not having all the materials I needed to complete the project so I chose to go to another store with better service and the required materials that I needed to complete my job. When I spoke with Kelly a manager she witnessed him be rude and another customer attack me in store I asked her to roll the cameras back to see his behavior on both days but instead I left the store insulted and embarrassing from such harsh treatment from an Home Depot employee Chauey and a customer who had no knowledge of what I had experienced. They are very racist at this location and I highly recommend going to another store...

Honestly if I could give zero stars, I would. We went through home dept because they insisted coolray was the best for heating and air . We set up 3 different appointments, 2 were canceled. Okay stuff happens no biggie. When setting up the 3rd appointment we explained that we had reservations because we'd had appointment canceled in the past and not rescheduled as promised. They assured us that wouldn't happen again going as far to set the appointment up while we were still in the store, got the email confirmation and all. Fast forward to the day of. My appointment Time came and went. I called coolray and after a bunch of call this number or text this number I got ahold of a rep who couldn't find the appointment despite me having confirmation. By this point I'm really upset I've wasted a whole day waiting, my issue still wasn't fixed plus the lady on the phone was making me feel stupid because clearly i was mistaken and didn't make an appointment.. Called the home depot rep back who set up my appointment to begin with, Peter was shocked because they had confirmation of everything in addition he had spoke with them himself. He made some calls and apparently coolray had a system glitch and the appointment didn't get made despite me getting multiple emails. Pleaded with me to give them a channce to reach back out and reschedule. I waited 5 hours for them to call back and never heard anything. I should have listened to my gut after the first 2 times. However it is what it is. Just do your research and find a company home depot...
